“Traveled a very long was, got too the hotel checked in all looked good. Went to the room with my wife and Son aged 2. The room was a mess! Crisp crumbs on the floor, half empty bottle and a empty bottle of water behind the tv and down the side of the sofa. The bed was crunching with broken springs. Went down to inform them of the incident and asked for the manager to not be seen him. The lady offered another room and apologised. She took me to look at the room available next door to first room and it was dirty. She we shocked herself. I was given a refund and left to find somewhere to stay however had no look so decided to bite the bullet after a long day and drive 3 hours home.”

“Even though this hotel is right next to the hotel when you're in your room it's blissfully quiet. The moment you walk through the door this place shouts class. So much better than the other chains out there. Got greeted by a lovely member of staff who once checked me in gave me a little warm complimentary cookie 🍪 which was a lovely touch. Room has USB sockets every (finally) so multiple devices can be charged at once. Very clean classically modern style. Looking forward to my sleep here.
