“What an incredible experience! Beds so comfortable, bedding cute and high end, shower otherworldly. All around gorgeous facility where every staff member went above and beyond to exceed our every need or expectation. Beyond grateful the team was so responsive and on top of immediately posting us some important prescription medicine we accidentally left behind. They saved us big time!! Thank you!!!”

“Agendamos jantar no dia 24, como não somos da cidade, nos perdemos e ligamos avisando que chegaríamos tarde. A equipe super simpática esperou por nós, embora fosse a última reserva e eles nos trataram com grande gentileza. A comida era muito boa, ele até fez questão de não esfriar em nenhum momento. O vinho que recomendou foi um sucesso. Nosso garçom era Luis e nós amamos o tratamento e serviço que ele nos ofereceu. Depois tomamos um drink no bar do hotel e o Pedro nos serviu, além de ótimos coquetéis, o tratamento não poderia ser melhor, até recomendou lugares para visitar. A 10 os dois rapazes, se voltarmos a Madrid não hesitaremos em repetir !!”
