“The staff is very friendly, especially the concierge and the breakfast staff. Very accommodating everyone. breakfast very good, There is an English breakfast, fruit, yoghurt, cereals, rolls, etc... The highlight, however, was the pancakes machine. The rooms are clean, very large for London, the bathroom is also clean, only the water drain didn't work properly. The hotel is right next to a train station, so of course you can hear the trains in the evenings, but that's to be expected if you book a hotel at the train station. I would definitely book the hotel again.”
