“Through diligent research, I was at first in impressed by some of the reviews provided for this hotel. Upon arrival however, those wonderful reviews were not at all true. To begin, the first room we were given was infested with bugs. There were bugs in the bed, on the windows, and on the walls. When we mentioned this to the hotel staff, they did provided upmost respect and kindness by moving my family and I to another room. The second room reeked of mold and the bedding was damp. We also ate dinner there and the food unfortunately was awful. The steak was completely over cooked (literally burnt on one side) and the pasta we ordered was incredibly salty. My family and I had to leave the hotel because unfortunately it did not meet the expectations of the rating.”

“I booked this location because of the high star rating. It wasn’t terrible, but it also wasn’t a 4.4/5 location. Aesthetically, it feels a lot like a wartime bunker, and our room was very musty. There were black spots in the carpet, which I can only assume were mold. Luckily, we’re not allergy sufferers, but that could certainly complicate life for someone who does suffer from allergies. The staff was helpful, and the breakfast buffet was the highlight, for sure. If you can get a decent rate, a solid place to spend a night on the way in or out of the country.”
