“샤워기헤드 줄이 없어서 씼기가 너무 힘듭니다. 리조트피를 너무 많이 받고, 냉장고엔 물도 없고..발렛파킹비도 너무 비쌈. 하와이 모든 호텔이 리조트피 체크아웃할때 받는다고 절대 얘기 먼저 안해줌. 최소 호텔비에 13만원이상 더 붙는다. 아고라 익스피디어 이런데 나온 호텔숙박비보고 덜컥 결제하면 피봅니다.”

“Great experience here. Had a great view of Diamond Head. The only tiny inconvenience we had was that there was no coffee machine in the room. Luckily there was a Starbucks close by and even a coffee place on the lobby floor. We never went there though because if we are going to pay we prefer Starbucks.The gym was open and the pool which was refreshing since most hotels have that stuff closed due to COVID or very limited. We did not try the restaurant as we did not like the setting or the vibe. They also did room cleaning when needed unlike a lot of hotels that we’ve stayed at during our trip.The staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful. Valet service was excellent and quick despite them being busy. Towels and beach chairs available as well as an ice machine.”
