“The side wall out front is often dirty and does not present the building in the best of ways, but inside looks clean”

“They charge you a $300 “cleaning fee,” but I swear they don’t clean the condos. There was black hair on the floor of the bathroom when we arrived, (all of us are blonde anyway, so DEFINITELY not ours) as well as hair and face shavings on the sink. The cupboards were coated in crumbs and old popcorn (EW) and sticky gunk, and the shelves in the door of the fridge were also covered in crumbs and sticky residue. The carpets weren’t vacuumed, and the pull-out bed is so old that its bar supports push through the mattress, making it bowed and uncomfortable. I cannot believe the price I paid to sleep here.Staff is friendly, but cleaning is VILE.”
