O melhor lugar para morar em Miami em um local bem conveniente. A experiência de roaming é uma obrigação e os anfitriões e funcionários faz a diferença. Os edifícios onde os quartos são despachados são genuinamente antigos e restaurados. Também a piscina está sempre disponível e o bar ao lado está bem

Muito interessante, forma de acomodação comunitária. O complexo possui 3 casas independentes em um agradável jardim, todas no centro de Miami. Apenas a estrada que dá a volta é um pouco perturbadora. Os quartos e áreas comuns são elegantes, de bom gosto, limpos e práticos. Tem cozinha totalmente equipada, lavandaria, piscina, esplanada, zona desportiva e certamente muitas outras coisas que nem tive tempo de usar. O único ponto negativo foi o check-in, quando não conseguimos chegar ao complexo e a chave nos foi entregue por um dos residentes. Como mencionei no início, acomodação é interessante se você gosta de conhecer pessoas novas, mas tem pouco a ver com o método de hotel. Ficamos extremamente satisfeitos e só podemos recomendar.

O ROAM é uma comunidade única de co-trabalho e co-vida. Os residentes ficam por um dia, uma semana, um mês e até um ano. Um marco histórico nacional (o centenário Miami River Inn), os belos jardins consistem em quatro casas, uma cozinha comunitária, uma piscina, um gramado oval e amplo espaço ao ar livre para se encontrar, se misturar e trabalhar. No interior há um espaço de trabalho comunitário, biblioteca, estúdio de arte, sala de meditação e lavanderia. Mas o que torna o ROAM especial é as pessoas que moram lá. Eles são diferentes em idade, interesses e nacionalidades, mas compartilham o objetivo comum de tornar a ROAM uma comunidade divertida, solidária, ética e dinâmica.

Eu amei ficar em roam muito! Do jeito que é criado para as pessoas lá. Eu adorei tudo. Um lugar tão único para ficar, shoutout para Di para recomendar que adorei lá. Eu definitivamente estarei de volta em nenhum momento. Obrigado a todos em vaguear que me fizeram sentir bem-vinda

Entes aqui se hospedam. Fácil check-in. Bela propriedade. Meu quarto era pequeno e fofo. Adorar o visual vintage dos quartos. Menos de 15min de carro para a praia sul. Tem bom quintal, bar, área da piscina. Definitivamente iria reservar novamente.

Hotel aconchegante, cama confortável, o recepcionista Alejandro foi fantástico em seu atendimento, sendo Cortez, prestativo e solícito. Tivemos um contratempo com o carregador de celular que estava sem adaptador e rapidamente o Alejandro nos ajudou. Não possui café da manhã,mas tem uma cozinha coletiva, climatizada que funciona 24h, lá e possível preparar algum lanche e tem bebedouro com água gelada a disposição Passamos uma noite no local, com vontade de ficar mais.

Hotel acogedor, cama cómoda, el recepcionista Alejandro fue fantástico en su servicio, siendo Cortez, servicial y servicial. Tuvimos un problema con el cargador del celular que no tenía adaptador y rápidamente Alejandro nos ayudó. No hay desayuno, pero hay una cocina colectiva, climatizada las 24 horas del día, allí es posible preparar un snack y hay una hielera con agua fría disponible. Pasamos una noche en el lugar, con ganas de quedarnos más tiempo.

Clean & cozy accommodations, friendly cats, quiet work spaces, small nocks for work/naps/conversations, and an ideal coworking environment.A few hints: If you’re bringing a car, a reserved spot for an additional fee is suggested. Make the most out of your roam stay by attending community nights Be honest in your room preferences. Bringing a lot of clothes? Let the know. Like a larger bathroom. Tell them! Each room is unique

Me encantó quedarme aquí. Fácil check in. Hermosa propiedad. Mi habitación era pequeña y linda. Me encanta el aspecto vintage de las habitaciones. Menos de 15 minutos en coche a la playa sur. Tiene bonito patio, bar, zona de piscina. Sin duda volvería a reservar.

The best place to live in Miami in a pretty convenient location. The roam experience is a must and the hosts and staff makes a difference. The buildings were the rooms are dispatched are genuinely old and restored. Also the swimming pool is always available and the bar next door is okay

Loved staying here. Easy check in. Beautiful property. My room was small and cute. Love the vintage look of the rooms. Less than 15min drive to south beach. Has nice yard ,bar,pool area. Definitely would book again.

ROAM is a unique co-work, co-living community. Residents stay for a day, a week, a month, and even a year. A National Historic Landmark (the century-old Miami River Inn), the beautiful grounds consist of four houses, a community kitchen, a pool, a grassy oval, and ample outdoor space to meet, mingle, and work. Indoors there is a community work space, library, art studio, meditation room, and laundry. But what makes ROAM special is the people who live there. They are diverse in age, interests, and nationalities, but share the common goal of making ROAM a fun, caring, ethical, and dynamic community.

Desde el principio el personal de Roam estuvo atento y fue claro en darnos todas las indicaciones para facilitar nuestro arribo (late check in). Las instalaciones son geniales y el ambiente es propicio como para sentirte en casa. Una gran comunidad dispuesta siempre a ayudar y sobre todo muy organizada.
