Reservamos uma suíte que fica na parte do jardim subindo umas escadas e todos os dias que chegávamos no quarto o cartão de entrada não funcionava, tínhamos que descer na recepção para recadastrar, na última noite umas das recepcionistas não acreditou que estávamos hospedos e tivemos que subir pro quarto com um segurança para ele olhar nossos documentos e alguns dias chegamos e o quarto estava extremamente frio e teve dias que o ar estava no máximo de calor, uma TOTAL falta de respeito e organização do hotel! Os quartos também são muito escuros!

Hotel histórico no complexo do Clevelander na 10th Av. em south beach. Muita animação por estar na Ocean road.

Excelente ubicacióndiurna y nocturna, no necesitas auto , se encuentradetrás de los estudios ESPN . La atención del personalescálida y muy cordial.Muy recomendable.

Service was great! It is a old hotel so there are old characteristics. Some good and some bad. Bathroom was small and hard to maneuver with two people. Bed was comfortable.

This was an excellent hotel. Great friendly service. Clean. Closest hotel to beach. Clevelander Hotel, next door had best Margaritas, music & happy hour. All other hotels offered discounts on drinks only not food. Do not eat or drink at The Boulevard, 740 Ocean Drive in South Beach. Ordered a margarita with grand mariner when I told them it was not added waitress said they were out of it. I asked to add more tequila she came back saying they did have grand mariner & added it. Also they say two drinks for price of one but dont tell you you have to order very large drink. We were stuck paying $19.00 per drink, food was horrible.

Rooms are run down. Took 2 days to get the AC working properly. Staff was nice -- as a positive. Paid way too much for what it is.

Buen hotel, llegamos antes y nos hicieron el check in sin problema. Es exelente la ubicación para moverte caminando por Miami beach.

Habitaciones amplias, camas muy cómodas, excelente ubicación, muy buen desayuno, wifi de alta velocidad y su personal siempre bien predispuesto son algunas de las características de éste clásico hotel que además posee piscina y barra de tragos por la noche. Amplio lobby que lo hace muy cómodo al momento del check-in/out, y servicio de guardamaletas.

Seamos sinceros, salvo por la fachada, no tiene nada interesante. Un hotel viejo con algo de encanto.Le pongo más puntuación por el personal que fue muy atento.

Hotel Arte que guarda História, bem localizado na Boemia Miami Beach, quartos bem confortáveis, ao lado do Hotel Cleveland que possui baladas noturnas incríveis. Super indico!

I truly loved my stay at the Essex-House Hotel.This place is so beautiful, and the aroma is like smelling rose 🌹 petals upon entering. Wonderful valet services and complimentary breakfast. The room is spacious and extremely pleasing to the eyes.The beds are so comfortable it's like sleeping on clouds.I was well please, also the Hotel is in close walking distance of the beach, shopping stores, a variety of restaurants and entertainment facilities. Thank you so much for your outstanding services.💋

En general es buen hotel de turismo básico. Cerca de la playa a una cuadra. Tiene desayuno básico, pan, jugo, café, frutas picadas, yogurt y muffins. Servicio de limpieza muy bueno. Las habitaciones cómodas. Se escucha un poco el vecino. Personal amables en general. Pero uno que otro mal geniado.

Absolutely loved it. We had to walk just a few step to our room and outside was so beautiful there was a fountain surrounded by beautiful tropical plants.A beautiful boutique hotel. It has that antique classic feel which I adore. My husband and I had the suite. The room was big spaces and beautiful. The bathroom was nice, had a large tub jacuzzi. As my husband's cousin said " you have to walk a mile across the tub to get to the shower". It could use some upgrading. Staff absolutely wonderful. The host was knowledgable, explained information more than onceeven though he explained itseveral time without frustration and with a smile. House staffalways made us feel welcomeand it felt like a vacation. Our room was cleaned daily. We came to a clean hotel room with fresh towels and toiletries every day.We where in the middle of everything. If you ever visit South Beach please book the Essesx it was a wonderful experience for my husband and I. The elevator very small only hold maybe 2 and luggage. Not wheelchair friendly or handicap accessible.
