“Excelente ubicación.Bella vista hacia el río.Solo un detalle sucedió el primer día;no arreglaron nuestra habitación pero todos los demás muy limpia y bien hecha.El servicio en el restaurante muy lento pero al rededor hay muchas más opciones que solventan esto .El personal en recepción siempre amable .Por la ubicación vale la pena hospedarse aquí.”

“Location is nice but that’s about it. Room wasn’t cleaned to my satisfaction upon check-in. The water in the bathroom smells TERRIBLE. Housekeeping entered my room with knocking or announcing themselves!!! When I checked in I was told that they do room cleaning but my room wasn’t cleaned not once during my 4 days stay. When I called the hotel after my trip to express my concerns he simply said “I’ll make sure staff are trained correctly”
That didn’t address any of my concerns nor was he apologetic. What a waste.
I’ll be in Chicago again soon, and I won’t be staying here.”
