“Very glad we chose to stay here! Fast and easy check in, very friendly staff. The room was clean and beds were comfy. We booked a room with 2 double beds and had lots of space to spread out (2 adults, a teenager, and a child). Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in pumps on the wall in the shower. Easy access to vending and ice. All in all, a great stay!”

“Communication is key! Room smelled like smoke upon arrival and the sheets where never changed. I found several curly hairs under the blanket that was also dirty and smelled like perfume. The bathroom floor felt Slimy. When these problems were addressed it was handled in a professional manner, but due to no house keeping on 3/20 I had no choice to deal with these conditions. It is advised that each shift should make sure they are properly stocked and communicated with to ensure a great shift. I had to come down stairs 3 times to get the right sheets. Due to lack of staff, security brought the correct sheets which was appreciated.”
