I just wanted to say this is probably the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The room was not ready when I checked in. When I went inside the our room, there was a really strong foul odor. The bathroom door had a big hole, the bath tub was rusty and it wasn’t clean. There was cockroaches every whwere. The dresser was broken and the AC was leaking water everywhere. When I addressed the issue, they moved us to a different room in the second floor but the elevator was broken. I was told it was going to be fixed before we moved to our new room but it wasn’t. We moved to our new room and the AC was broken and it felt like we were on a sauna so we bought a fan but it didn’t even help. I addressed the issue again in the morning and I was told they were going to fix it.we waited and nothing was done so we asked again and we were told that they have a lot of maintenance so it might be a second. I asked again and they tried to reset it and I was told to wait to see if it works. After fifteen minutes, we informed them that it didn’t work. They came back and tried to move us again. Once, I was told that I was furious and booked another reservation somewhere else.

First thing first I rated the service here great. Mr. Jackson and his staff went over and beyond the call of duty. I can say that the fact that he and the staff were understanding about how unpleasant sometimes things would get. They humble themselves and made each hour.minute.second and 60 days here bare able. Also being respectful of our time and privacy. This is why I Ms. Dunlap gave them 5*.

Groups of people hanging out around the parking lot. Hallway carpet stained. Room stank. Towels had not been changed from previous tenant. There was a spill that had not been wiped up on night stand. We turned around and left.

This was my worst hotel experience ever. The room was dirty, bed looked like someone rolled it. No blanket...took 6 hours to get a blanket. Front desk said they were be washed. Bathroom floor nasty had dead nats all around toilet. Big hole on the bathroom door. No remote for Tv.This was like a Project...kids running around playing with the elevators which garbage can on it full of trash

The room was unclean. Smelled like urine. The tub didn't work properly. It had roaches. It wasn't an environment to stay in especially with my children.
