Quartos espaçosos, limpos e agradáveis. Sem cafeteira e café de cortesia nos quartos. 2 cama queen size um quarto para 4. Tinha uma kitchenette com 2 pratos, 2 taças, 2 colheres, facas e garfos. Nenhum café da manhã servido. Café apenas de segunda a sexta das 7 às 10 ou até acabar. Não é amigável para deficientes. Tem uma rampa, mas todas as portas devem ser abertas e há 3 portas para chegar ao elevador. Estou em uma cadeira de rodas e não vou voltar!

Nice, clean spacious rooms. No coffee pot and complimentary coffee in rooms. 2 queen bed a room for 4. Had a kitchenette with 2 plates, 2 bowls, 2 spoons, knives and forks. No breakfast served. Coffee only Monday through Friday from 7-10 or until it runs out. Not handicapped friendly at all. It has a ramp but all doors have to be pulled open and there are 3 doors to get to the elevator. I am in a wheel chair and won't be going back!

Modificando meu comentário para adicionar... O gerente aqui, Amalia, não se importou particularmente com ela.... A razão é que seu tom sai irritado, irritado e de atitude. Eu não estou sentindo isso... Havia um gerente legal que estava de plantão aqui de outro local. Eu gostava dela e a co-gerente anterior, Courtney, era incrível... Mas Amalia? Eu sou bom com ela... Odiava quando ela estava de plantão, tentava evitá-la a todo custo, ela faz muuuuito. Não há problema em expressar seu ponto de vista, mas está tudo no seu tom e como você diz isso. Não teve problemas com mais ninguém. Ela é parte da razão pela qual eu saí.

No check-in as coisas pareciam bem. Após o check-in em nosso quarto, notamos cabelos pretos em nossos lençóis. Mais tarde na noite, vimos cerca de 5 baratas no quarto. Quase esqueci de mencionar que a água na banheira ficou um pouco amarelada antes de ficar clara. Tivemos que sair porque as condições eram simplesmente INACEITÁVEIS. Lamento não olhar para outros comentários deste hotel. Comentários que vi de 10 meses atrás mencionavam o problema das baratas. É difícil acreditar que eles ainda estão abertos. Se eu tivesse lido os comentários antes, teria me poupado do estresse e da dor de cabeça. NÃO FIQUE AQUI. Eu não recomendaria este lugar para ninguém.

Modifying my review to add... The manager here, Amalia, didn't particularly care for her.... The reason being, her tone comes off annoyed, irritated, and attitude. I'm not feeling that at all... There was a nice manager that was on duty here from another location. I liked her and the previous co manager Courtney was awesome...But Amalia? I'm good on her... Hated when she was on duty, tried avoiding her at all cost, she do waaaay too much. It's ok to get your point across, but it's all in your tone and how you say it. Had no issues with anyone else. She is a part of the reason I left.

Upon check-in things seemed fine. After checking into our room we noticed black hairs on our bed sheets. Later in the night, we saw about 5 roaches in the room. I almost forgot to mention the water in the tub ran a little yellow before it became clear. We had to leave because the conditions were just UNACCEPTABLE. I regret not looking into other reviews of this hotel. Reviews I saw dating back to 10 months ago mentioned the roach problem. It's hard to believe they're still open. If I had read the reviews before I would've saved myself the stress and headache. DO NOT STAY HERE. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Embora o preço possa ser atraente, NÃO RESERVE AQUI. O elevador cheirava a maconha e estava quente, o que tornava incrivelmente difícil respirar. Ao entrar em nosso quarto, fomos atingidos por um odor fétido. Cheirava como se um peixe tivesse morrido na unidade de ar condicionado. Mais tarde naquela noite, acordamos com baratas em nosso teto e rastejando no banheiro. O frigorífico não foi totalmente limpo e as nossas toalhas estavam sujas. Além disso, eles nos ligaram e disseram que precisávamos fazer o check-in antes da meia-noite, mas eles fecharam a recepção às 10. Se alguém viesse às 11, eles estavam sem sorte. No geral, a pior experiência que já tive com um hotel.

Though the price may be enticing, DO NOT BOOK HERE. The elevator smelled like marijuana and it was hot which made it incredibly hard to breathe. Upon entering our room, we were hit with a foul odor. It smelled like a fish had died in the A/C unit. Later that night we woke up to roaches on our ceiling and crawling around in the bathroom. The fridge was not fully cleaned and our towels were dirty. Also, they called us and told us that we needed to check in before midnight, but they closed the front desk at 10. If anyone came at 11, they were out of luck. Overall the worst experience I’ve had with a hotel.

Tive de lidar com o ruído excessivo dos inquilinos durante quase duas semanas. O hotel recusou-se a retirar os inquilinos barulhentos e remediar a situação, obrigando-me a procurar alojamento noutro local. No dia em que saí, tive que mover meu quarto inteiro cheio de pertences quatro lances de escada abaixo devido ao elevador estar fora de serviço. Não me foi oferecida nenhuma compensação de qualquer tipo por meu problema.É melhor que as pessoas parem de se desculpar online após experiências terríveis de clientes. Talvez se a administração cumprisse as regras e políticas, estaríamos todos em igualdade de condições. Se você não quer ser um gerente e ter que enfrentar as pessoas, tente outra profissão.

Este lugar tem baratas. Dissemos à recepção sobre ver várias baratas em nossa pia e eles alegaram que o hotel tinha acabado de ser tratado para insetos. pediram ao homem da manutenção que pulverizasse nosso quarto com um exterminador de pragas de baixo grau que não fazia absolutamente nada. Continuamos a encontrar baratas em nosso quarto depois. O gerente parecia não se importar menos. não houve oferta de desconto em um quarto infestado de insetos ou mesmo a oferta de troca de quarto. não vou ficar aqui novamente. não recomendaria a amigos ou família.

Primeira e última vez, infelizmente, hospedando-se! (‼ ️ NÃO É UM LUGAR SEGURO)‼ ️ Primeiro: o pessoal é muito bom, muito limpo 🧽 lugar !. Mas se você quer SEGURANÇA‼ ️‼ ️Aqui não é o lugar 🙁 muito vandalismo !! Meu veículo e outro veículo convidado foram vandalizados. Nossos pneus foram arranhados. Ouvimos de outro hóspede que ficou mais tempo que nós que não era a primeira vez que isso acontecia, além de que os cámaras também não estavam de serviço !. Mas se esta é sua única opção, certifique-se de estacionar em frente ao prédio da entrada principal !!!

Bonito lugar, pero en algún momento hacen la limpieza del cuarto? tengo un día aquí, sin embargo salí desde en la mañana y volví a las 9 PM, mi cuarto y el de mis acompañantes seguían sin el servicio de limpieza y la recepción estaba cerrada para pedir información al respecto.

I had to deal with excessive noise from tenants for most of two weeks. The hotel refused to remove the noisy tenants and remedy the situation forcing to me to seek lodging elsewhere. The day I left, I had to move my entire room full of belongings down four flights of stairs due to the one elevator being out of commission. I was offered no compensation of any kind for my trouble.It's better that people stop apologizing online after terrible customer experiences. Maybe if management enforced the rules and policies we'd all be on a level playing field. If you don't want to be a manager and have to confront people, try another profession.

This place has roaches. We told the front desk about seeing multiple roaches in our sink and they claimed that the hotel had just been treated for bugs. they had the maintenance man come spray our room with a low grade pest killer that did absolutely nothing. We continued to find roaches in our room afterwards. The manager seemed as if he couldn’t care less. there was no offer of discount on a bug infested room or even the offer to change rooms. will not be staying here again. would not recommend to friends or family.

First and last time staying unfortunately! (‼️NOT A SAFE PLACE)‼️ First: staff is very nice very clean 🧽 place!. But if you want SAFETY‼️‼️This is not the place 🙁 lots of Vandalism!! My vehicle and another guest vehicle got vandalized. Our tires where gone and scratched. We heard from another guest that had stayed longer then us that it was not the first time this happened, plus cámaras are not on service too!. But if this your only option just make sure you park at the front of the building the main entrance!!!..
