“Stayed for two nights, overall excellent, great rooms, tasty breakfast. Out of the hotels I've stayed at in Panamá City, I liked The W the best, was better than the nights I stayed at the Waldorf.Also Isaac at the front desk is the best! Made my stay at the hotel even better and was very helpful.”

“Retorno ao hospede não existe. Estou em tentando contato desde do dia 18/Jan/21. Para recuperar as roupas que deixei no armário. E até o presente momento ninguém respondeu o meu email ou as minhas ligações. É um absurdo tratar uma hospede desse jeito.Já passei todos os detalhes do que foi deixado e até hoje nenhum retorno.
