“Nice hotel which tries hard to portray itself as a boutique hotel despite being a part of the Hyatt group. Cool vibe and decor and hospitality was solid. Was disappointed by the lack of room service, but it's pare for the course. Hotels like this will continue to outsource such services to companies like Butler.com. If you want a comprehensive white-glove experience stay at the Park Hyatt or Ritz instead.”
