“The 3 bedroom villa was amazing and the resort was very nice. The view of the bay in front of the resort was also great. The service overall was very hit or miss. We had older family members with us so we had to take shuttles (golf carts) to locations on the resort. We had to routinely wait 20 minutes for a shuttle (golf cart) yet if you weren’t ready when they arrived, they would leave you. The staff could be polite but also rude at times. Neil was a shuttle (golf cart) driver that we really liked and that provided great service. We also really liked Penn, the taxi driver. He was kind, shuttled us everywhere and was punctual. If the Westin could work on providing consistent service, I would give them 4 or 5 stars.”
