“Hotel room view The fridge froze our food. The AC was extremely loud. Could not sleep with all the constant rattling. & they messed up my payment and over charged me. Still waiting for it to be fixed.”

“The view from the room. The beds are so old that you can clearly see the dips that have worn in both sides. They advertise as a Westin but Marriot is taking it over. Westin obviously stopped putting money in and providing the amenities they promise, we got one measly bar of soap”
