“By far the best hotel I stayed while visiting Atlanta. The service was great. The staff was phenomenal. I just love how they remembered me by name. Imani at the front desk deserve her own separate stars. She was amazing! From the dining recommendations to even sending us a microwave to warm our food. She made sure our stay was complete with everything we needed. I now have a home hotel when visiting Atlanta.”

“The Hotel is very nice, but they have 1 employee who is very rude who goes by the name Valeria. Valeria works the front desk when she deserves to be working in Laundry. I witness her being rude not only to myself, but to another guest also. This hotel is known for there 5 star service. But when you have 1 spoil apple in the pack it makes all the apples spoiled. This 5 star hotel immediately turned into a 3 star. Valerian attitude reminds you of the attitudes from McDonald’s employees. I never would’ve expected someone that low, & unprofessional to be working at a 5 star hotel.”
