O que é um hotel LINDO! A melhor decoração! Este é o epítome de acomodações de alta qualidade. A equipe é super atenciosa e ansiosa para servir.The Ritz on Vanderbilt é muito divertido! Todas as noites há música ao vivo no saguão principal. As pessoas se levantam e dançam e é um momento muito bom. Uma noite eles tocaram o Cupid Shuffle enquanto os músicos faziam as malas e toda a multidão se levantava e dançava junto.A praia fica literalmente no quintal, eles têm restaurantes lá também, então você realmente não precisa sair para comer ou se divertir.Houve construção durante a nossa estadia de 4 noites, mas não foi perturbador. Honestamente, mal percebemos isso.

What a GORGEOUS hotel! The finest decor! This is the epitome of high end accomodations. Staff is super accommodating and eager to serve. The Ritz on Vanderbilt is really fun! Each night there's a live music in the main lobby. People get up and dance and it's just a really good time. One night they played the Cupid Shuffle as the musicians packed up and the whole crowd got up and danced together. The beach is literally in the backyard, they have restaurants there too so you really don't need to leave for food or entertainment. There was construction going on during our 4 night stay but it wasn't disruptive at all. We honestly barely even noticed it.

Service is superb. I can not say enough about how wonderful everyone at this establishment treat the guests. Great views form the room, comfortable beds and the room.was spotless. Will definitely be returning here.

O hotel era lindo. Eu amei o spa; a senhora que me atendeu foi extremamente gentil e maravilhosa. Eu tive uma massagem direcionada que se concentrou em meus ombros e cabeça. Eu também adorei o café ao lado da piscina. Os servidores foram muito agradáveis. Eu gostei que eles ofereceram frutas para as crianças em vez de batatas fritas e as porções das crianças eram perfeitas. O cardápio infantil tinha opções saudáveis ​​(um sanduíche de frango grelhado muito bom) ao contrário da maioria dos cardápios infantis que são recheados com alimentos fritos! 5 estrelas nessa área. O serviço na praia também foi perfeito! Eu levava meus filhos de 3 e 6 anos para caçar conchas às 6h todas as manhãs. Encontramos lindas conchas e foi um momento muito tranquilo e relaxante para todos! Minha foto de concha não é das melhores, mas você pode ter uma ideia do que as crianças podem encontrar. Meus filhos e eu adorávamos fazer castelos de areia e decorá-los com conchas.Nosso quarto ficou úmido rapidamente, pois usamos muito a varanda e tinha a porta aberta para ouvir o mar. Era difícil secar maiôs / roupas. A roupa de cama era desconfortável ... muito pesada e o edredom era desajeitado. Nós apenas tiramos o edredom e usamos o lençol. No entanto, essas coisas não afetaram o quanto gostamos da nossa estadia.O Ritz nos deu exatamente o que queríamos e muito mais. A equipe foi atenciosa e gentil. Foi relaxante para uma mãe e um pai cansados, e as crianças estavam muito felizes na bela praia. Nós fizemos memórias maravilhosas aqui e estamos ansiosos para voltar novamente.

The hotel was gorgeous. I loved the spa; the lady who serviced me was extremely kind and wonderful. I had a target massage that focused on my shoulders and head. I also loved the poolside cafe. The servers were very nice. I liked that they offered fruit for the kids instead of French fries and the kid’s portion sizes were perfect. The kids’ menu had healthy options (a very good grilled chicken sandwich) unlike most kids’ menus that are filled with fried foods! 5 stars in that area. Service on the beach was also perfect! I took my 3 and 6 year old out to shell hunt at 6:00am every morning. We found beautiful shells and it was such a peaceful, relaxing time for everyone! My shell photo isn’t the best but you can get an idea of what the kids can find. My children and I loved making sandcastles and decorating them with shells. Our room got damp quickly since we used the balcony a lot and had the door open to hear the ocean. It was difficult to get swimsuits/clothes dry. The bedding was uncomfortable...too heavy and the duvet was awkward. We just took the duvet off and used the sheet. However, these things didn’t affect how much we enjoyed our stay. The Ritz gave us exactly what we wanted and more. The staff was attentive and kind. It was relaxing for a tired mom and dad, and the children were so happy on the beautiful beach. We made wonderful memories here and look forward to returning again.

Had the most amazing time in forever, the concierge, service and reception were so courteous. The facilities are well designed and maintained, luxurious experience at every corner. The rooms are spacious and the views are just what you need. The beach alone is a different story 😍😍😍 Glad to have chosen the Ritz for my visit to Naples for sure .. can’t wait for our next trip

All staff we interacted with were extremely helpful and nice. The grounds are beautiful and well kept, the pools were nice and warm. It's a short walk to the beach and as far as we could tell, all rooms have a view of the gulf. The food we ate in the restaurants was great and again, the service was good. We had a great relaxing time here, highly recommend it!

An absolutely stunning hotel. The level of customer service and attention to detail here is unmatched by any other hotel chain. Even during these "covid times" and the hotel probably being understaffed and not every restaurant opened nightly (they stagger the nights they are open during different days of the week) the level of service we received was 15 out of 10. Every drink and every bite of food was perfection. Don't even get me started on the spa, Talk about a luxurious and pampering experience!! Words can't describe how much we enjoyed our honeymoon trip here. We can't wait until we can book our next trip!
