Localização e praia realmente agradáveis. A equipe prestou um serviço impecável em todos os aspectos. A diferença entre este e outros resorts é o nível de serviço. Cada funcionário fez de tudo para garantir que você tivesse uma experiência excelente. Havia mais crianças do que eu esperava, mas isso não interferiu em nossa experiência. Recomendo vivamente este hotel e a ilha em geral.

Really nice location and beach. The staff provided impeccable service in all respects. The difference between this and other resorts is the level of service. Every employee went above and beyond to make sure you had an excellent experience. There were more kids than I expected but it didn’t interfere with our experience. I highly recommend this hotel and the island in general.

Verdadeiramente um hotel excepcional !! Super dog friendly - ENORME PLUS💪. A equipe aqui não poderia ser melhor ou mais complacente; só eles valem o preço da admissão. Nós montamos nossa Elsa aqui - tempestade tropical menor - mas o hotel estava super preparado e fez o dia interior de chuva voar! O único comentário seria que a comida poderia ser amarga. Eu sei que há pessoal e outras restrições que tornam isso difícil, mas se a comida fosse um pouco melhor em todos os restaurantes, seria o próximo nível deste Ritz. Dito isto, a comida ainda é melhor do que a maioria dos hotéis. Ótima visita! De volta em breve.

Truly an exceptional hotel!! Super dog friendly - HUGE PLUS💪. The staff here couldn’t be any nicer or more accommodating; they alone are worth the price of admission. We rode our Elsa here - minor tropical storm - but the hotel was super prepared and made the inside day of rain fly by! Only comment would be that the food could be a bitter. I know there are staffing and other constraints which make this difficult, but if the food was just a bit better across all restaurants it would take this Ritz next level. That being said, the food is still better than most any hotel you will fine. Great visit! Back again soon.

O serviço neste hotel é absolutamente horrível. Hotel 5 estrelas… definitivamente não. Nós estivemos aqui por 6 noites. Não conseguimos nem mesmo entregar as toalhas em nosso quarto em 2 horas. Ou seja, liguei para a entrega de toalhas, liguei para acompanhamento 3 vezes e não foram entregues no período de 2 horas. Concordo com o usuário anterior que o manobrista e a equipe da piscina foram excepcionais, mas o restante foi surgiu em torno. O concereige até mentiu que eles não tinham táxis quando eu precisei pegar uma receita a um quilômetro de distância. Então, quando falei com outra pessoa, ele disse que poderia me reservar um táxi. Acabei andando porque ninguém conseguia descobrir como me fazer ir e voltar. Literalmente inacreditável.

The service at this hotel is absolutely awful. 5 star hotel…definitely not. We stayed here for 6 nights. We couldn’t even get towels delivered to our room within 2 hours. Meaning I called to have towels delivered, called to follow up 3 times and they weren’t delivered within the span of 2 hours. I agree with the previous reviewer that the valet and pool staff were exceptional but the rest were awful. The concereige even lied that they didn’t have taxis when I needed to pick up a prescription a mile away. Then when I spoke to someone else, he said he could book me a taxi. I ended up walking because no one could figure out how to get me there and back. Literally unbelievable.

O Holiday Inn oferece um serviço melhor do que essa atrocidade. Fico enjoado só de pensar na quantidade de dinheiro gasta em alimentos e bebidas que mal eram comestíveis por mais do que algumas de nossas refeições. O quarto não estava pronto quando chegamos. Serviço caro e terrível ao cliente. Má limpeza do quarto. Lixo na piscina e no terreno. Superlotado. No geral, nada impressionado e nada como a nossa experiência em outros hotéis Ritz-Carlton, ou Four seasons. A equipe da piscina e a equipe de manobrista eram a única parte deste hotel que estava de acordo com os padrões do Ritz. Eu nunca voltaria a este Ritz em particular. Nossa experiência nestes últimos 6 dias me cansa de voltar a QUALQUER Ritz para ser honesto.

Holiday Inn gives better service than this atrocity. It makes me sick to think about the amount of money spent on food and drinks that were barely edible for more than a few of our meals.Room not readywhen we arrived.Overpriced and terrible customer service.Poor room cleaning. Garbage in the pool and on the grounds. Overcrowded.Overall, unimpressedand nothing like our experience at other Ritz-Carlton hotels, or Four seasons.The pool staff and the valet staff were the only part of this hotel that was up to Ritz standards.I would never go back to this particular Ritz.Our experience these last 6 days makes me weary of returning to ANY Ritz to be honest.

Muito desapontado. Almoçamos no Tidewater. Nosso almoço demorou uma eternidade e meu bife estava muito cozido. Você pode dizer que ele ficou sentado sob a lâmpada de calor por muuuuito tempo. A garçonete não conseguia nem tocar em nossos pratos, pois estavam muito quentes. Ela realmente teve que usar nosso guardanapo para pegar os pratos. Perguntei gentilmente à garçonete se meu bife parecia médio, ela disse que não e que aceitaria de volta ... Mas esperamos tanto pela comida que eu estava morrendo de fome. Primeira experiência ruim. E para que lugar é, fiquei muito surpreso. Eu esperava muito mais.

Excelente localização e propriedade. Ótimo lugar para sentar e relaxar enquanto olha para o oceano. Eles têm alguns restaurantes no local. Recomendo o antiquado smokey!

Amazing location and property. Great place to sit outside and relax while looking into the ocean. They have a few restaurants on premise. Highly recommend the smokey old fashioned!

Very disappointed. We had lunch at Tidewater. Our lunch took forever and my steak was WAY over cooked. You can tell it was sitting under the heat lamp for a looong time. The waitress could not even touch our plates they were so hot. She actually had to use our napkin to pick the plates up. I asked the waitress nicely if my steak looked medium, she said no way and would take it back... But we waited so long for our food I was starving. Bad first experience. And for what place it is, I was very surprised. I was expecting much more.

Excellent location and very wonderful staff, the true Ritz-Carlton experience. Also a great host to the Amelia Island concours.

Truly a beautiful property, gorgeous beach and great pool area. Their fine dining restaurant, Salt, was excellent. In all fairness, the hotel in general seems a little understaffed which is understandable given all that’s going on these days. Having said that, it didn’t effect our enjoyment during our stay at all. The staff was extremely friendly and the service is every bit what you’d expect from a Ritz Carlton. My son and I caught a black tip shark on a fishing charter and one of their chefs, Zack, prepared it for us when we got back. He even prepared it in a couple different ways so we could try different versions, it was amazing. My wife is pregnant and we had our gender reveal on the beach, the pool staff set up chairs and a table for us and found us the perfect spot to do it. Sheldon, the pastry chef, was able to get the gender of the baby from our ObGyn and made us a cake with blue frosting on the inside to let us know we are having a boy. We have always had good experiences at Ritz Carlton properties and the Amelia Island stay was no exception.

Beautiful hotel and staff very friendly. Restaurants and hotel lobby bar all wonderful,. However, I believe the cleaning personal are very understaffed. We stayed 7 full nights at $1700 a night, our room was never cleaned, even after cleaning staff and guest service assured us countless times. We had to ask for everything- blankets, toilet paper ( twice - once at 1230 am)! Towels, bath products and coffee - cups. Everything! I have picture of gross dirty floor , garbage cans over flowing. ( we had to put garbage out in hallway every day in order to get trash picks up). Unacceptable for a first class Hotel charging $1700 a night ! I have stayed in many first class hotels and far less price with better service. Such a same, because the hotel overall is really beautiful.

What a great property and staff. Well kept, great rooms, amazing location on the dunes and beach. Front desk staff (Antonio) was awesome. Restaurants are fantastic and lot's of choices and levels...
