“Se suponía que era un lugar de categoríay la verdad que no me sorprendio para nada, por el contrario esperaba mas.”
— Mariano San Martin
“My husband took me to New York for my first visit. We arrived and there was no one up front to check us in. A man, I think he worked there, told me to go to there partner hotel and they could help me there. Then we went to our room. Yikes!! It was filthy. The floor, stained. The walls, dirty. No fridge, 2 bottles of warm water set out for us. Went to get ice but they have no machine. Went to the lobby to ask where the ice might be......I was told to call house keeping from my room and they would bring some up. No offer by the person in the lobby to ring them and send them up. Finally got ice after quite a while. The bathroom was the worst. I couldn't say when was the last time it was cleaned. Literally black with dirt on the floor and walls. Oh, and I'm only 5'2", so if I wanted to turn the fan in the bathroom on I would have had to climb on the toilet to turn the knob because it's located in the ceiling! Very disappointing.”
