“The resort although situated nicely on the beach lacks greatly in the customer service department. Daily cleaning room services were not performed routinely as they should. We had to repeatedly request for our room to be cleaned. There is only one restaurant (steak house) open after 7p with limited availability forcing the majority of guests to either Uber eats or leave the hotel properly. For a such big resort charging $500 per night these service should be furnished and or available. For the money this place is simply not worth it!”

Aparte Estuvimos este fin de semana abónanos la habitación cash y luego nos la cobraron de nuevo en la tarjeta de crédito. Espero me resuelvan la situación.Aparte te cobran 35 de servicios de playa y 20 dólares más por sombrilla Una vergüenza!!”
