Hard to believe this isn’t the best hotel in Puerto Rico. It’s a beautiful spot. Feels brand new as it’s been remodeled post Maria. Service was amazing. Some of the best service US based I have received during Covid.

Os jardins são bonitos, mas o local é isolado. É mal gerido por funcionários incompetentes. Até pegar um táxi é uma grande provação. Se você planeja fazer atividades fora do resort, este não é o lugar para ficar. Você perderá as reservas devido à incompetência da equipe nem mesmo conseguir pegar um táxi a tempo. As opções de comida são limitadas e não autênticas. Tentar sair deste lugar se tornará uma provação de meio dia. No geral, é como uma bela prisão isolada, onde você é mantido e não pode sair. Basta economizar seu dinheiro e ir para o Ritz !!!

A propriedade e o hotel estão além de incrível. É um paraíso tropical misturado com amenidades modernas de luxo. A equipe é excelente e amigável, calorosa e acolhedora. Cada vista é uma bela cena bem cuidada que normalmente adorna os cartões postais. Há pequenos detalhes como piso aquecido no banheiro, vidro trabalhado, esforço extra na limpeza e organização do quarto e serviço noturno de arrumação de cama que fazem você simplesmente sorrir. Houve algumas nuances que ocorreram, como perda de água quente por uma noite ou conexão ruim da TV, mas não o suficiente para me distrair de tudo o mais que era ótimo. Os restaurantes são muito caros para a qualidade e apresentação dos alimentos. Os preços altos nunca me fizeram querer saciar totalmente tudo o que eles ofereciam, mas de vez em quando esbanjávamos e tentávamos não pensar nisso. Foi relaxante e me senti recarregado após a minha estadia.

One of the best resorts on the island, the comfort of this location is truly one of the last gems of truly experiencing resort life in Puerto Rico, I must admit that prices are a lil expensive and wish it was more affordable for weekly stays but other than that it’s well worth it. I suggest at least spending 2 days here to experience relaxation and enjoying the atmosphere and amenities this resort has to offer, everything from the spa, golf, swimming, hiking, beach walks , volleyball and so much more. There’s jet ski and boats available as well and also restaurants and market at this location, the art sculptures thru out the property are fantastic as well as the landscaping and flowers, also there are golf carts available to get around and enjoy the day.Enjoy your Vacation

The grounds are pretty but the location is isolated. It is poorly managed by incompetent staff. Even getting a taxi is a big ordeal. If you plan to do activities outside the resort this is not the place to stay. You will miss reservations due to the incompetent staff not even being able to get you a cab on time. The food options are limited and not authentic. Trying to get out of this place will turn into a half-day ordeal. Overall it is like an isolated pretty jail where you are kept and cannot leave. Just save your money and go to the RItz!!!

The property and hotel are beyond amazing. It is a tropical paradise mixed with luxury modern amenities. The staff are excellent and friendly, warm and welcoming. Every view is a manicured beautiful scene that typically adorn postcards. There are small details like heated bathroom floors, etched glass work, the extra effort in room cleaning, organizing, and turndown service that make you simply smile. There were some nuances that occured, like losing hot water for one evening, or bad TV connection, but not enough to distract me from everything else that was great. The restaurants are over priced for the food quality and presentation. The high prices never made me want to fully indulge in all they offered, but on occasion we splurged and tried not to think about it. It was relaxing and I felt recharged after my stay.

A propriedade é deslumbrante como algo saído de um filme! No entanto, o serviço definitivamente não está à altura de outras propriedades do St Regis / Ritz Carlton. O serviço de praia foi incrível serviço de piscina precisa de melhorias, embora a piscina em si é realmente incrível. Não há serviço de mordomo, mesmo que seja anunciado. Basicamente, toda a propriedade deslumbrante foi um ótimo período de férias definitivamente voltaria, mas há definitivamente verdade em alguns dos comentários negativos aqui.

The property is stunning like something out of a movie! However the service is definitely not up to par with other st Regis / ritz Carlton properties. The beach service was amazing pool service needs improvement although the pool itself is really awesome. There’s no butler service even though it is advertised. Basically all around stunning property was a great vacation would definitely go back but there’s definitely truth to some of the negative comments here.

Um dos melhores hotéis em que já me hospedei. O cenário era perfeito e os jardins do hotel eram de tirar o fôlego. Pessoal foi extremamente amigável. Nós não recebemos o melhor serviço, mas eu acho que o hotel estava com falta de pessoal e apenas fazendo o melhor que podiam com um fim de semana agitado.Nós checamos todos os restaurantes de hotel, fomos jogar golfe, relaxamos na praia e na piscina e recebemos tratamentos de spa. Tudo foi perfeito. Eu gostaria de ainda estar lá!

A equipe foi incrivelmente gentil. Localização era linda. A comida à beira da piscina era tão boa e havia um ambiente maravilhoso no resort. Iguanas, pássaros, lagartos e sapos por todo lado e era tão legal. Os quartos onde muito limpos e acolhedores. A academia era espaçosa e tinha todas as coisas que uma academia pode precisar. Ótimo resort e eu recomendo.

One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. The setting was perfect and the grounds of the hotel were breath taking. Staff was incredibly friendly. We didn't get the best service, but I think the hotel was understaffed and just doing the best they could with a busy weekend. We checked out every hotel restaurant, went golfing, relaxed at the beach and pool and got spa treatments. Everything was perfect. I wish I was still there!

The staff was incredibly kind. Location was beautiful. The food by the pool was so good and there was a wonderful environment in the resort. Iguanas, birds, lizards, and frogs all over the place and it was so cool. The rooms where very clean and cozy. Gym was spacious and had all the things a gym might need. Great resort and I recommend.

Hospedado aqui para uma noite e foi absolutamente maravilhoso! As imagens não podem ser comparadas a estar fisicamente aqui. Os jardins eram imaculados e os funcionários foram excepcionais! A equipe foi muito atenciosa e prestou serviço com um sorriso cada vez. Um membro aleatório da equipe até me desejou um feliz aniversário em nossa caminhada de volta para o quarto de nosso mergulho noturno na piscina aquecida. O que foi ótimo, aliás! Agora o quarto: INCRÍVEL !!! É caro sem dúvida, mas se você pudesse pagar ... vá em frente !!! Não posso falar sobre o serviço de alimentação ou qualidade porque não comi aqui ... mas direi que quando estive na praia, o nosso garçom foi muito atencioso com as duas bebidas que pedi. Eu li outros comentários afirmando que o serviço estava faltando seriamente, mas esta não foi a minha experiência aqui ... embora eu só fiquei por uma noite. Com o serviço que me foi prestado, poderia viver aqui para sempre ... sério.

Stayed here for one night and it was absolutely wonderful! The pictures cannot compare to actually physically being here. The grounds were immaculate and the staff were exceptional! The staff were very attentive and provided service with a smile every time. One random staff member even wished me a happy birthday on our walk back to the room from our night swim in the heated swimming pool. Which was great by the way! Now the room: AWESOME!!! It is pricey without a doubt, but if you could afford it...go for it!!! I can't speak on the food service or quality because I did not eat here... but I will say when I was at the beach, our server was very attentive for the two drinks I ordered. I've read other reviews stating the service was seriously lacking, but this was not my experience here...albeit I only stayed for one night. With the service I was provided, I could live here forever...seriously.

A nossa estadia neste magnífico resort excedeu as nossas expectativas em termos de segurança e serviços aos hóspedes. Para não mencionar os excelentes jardins e comodidades. Eu recomendaria este pedaço do paraíso para os mais exigentes dos viajantes, pois eles farão de tudo para tornar sua estadia memorável. Com as restrições da Covid-19 ainda em vigor, usamos principalmente o serviço de jantar no quarto e a equipe era magnífica. Stacey cuidou muito bem de nós e eu não poderia falar muito bem do nível de serviço que ela prestou durante a nossa estadia. Ficamos satisfeitos em ver o turismo apoiando a economia desta bela ilha após ser devastada pelo furacão Maria em 2017.

Our stay at this magnificent resort exceeded our expectations in both safety and guest services. Not to mention the superb grounds and amenities. I would recommend this piece of paradise to the pickiest of travellers as they will go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. With Covid-19 restrictions still in affect, we mostly used their in-room dining service and the staff was magnificent. Stacey took amazing care of us and I could not speak more highly of the level of service she provided throughout our stay. We were pleased to see tourism supporting the economy on this beautiful island after being devastated by Hurricane Maria in 2017.

Beautiful property but the service is absolutely sub par. I have stayed at St Regis at other locations and this is absolutely the worst one in terms of management and services. The concierge / reception staff is very unorganized - inaccurate information, poor execution skills, in general NOT helpful at all. I reported to their manager Christian but never got any feedback either. The coordination with the Bahia resort is horrible - we booked golfing and water sports through the concierge but they never confirmed with each other, so when we went we were turned back as our appointment time change was never communicated. In general, services are slow and inefficient - WOULD NOT recommend at all, and will never go back - with the same or even less money, you can get better services and in general better resort experience. Not to mention that the food is not good for the price, would not recommend if you want to have your secluded type of resort expedience.

Stunningly beautiful property! The best service and good food. Our room was beautiful and extremely clean. I've been to Puerto Rico five times and this is definitely my favorite one! The best resort to enjoy the beach and chill. Tennis courts are spectacular and very well maintained.

O serviço aqui foi fantástico. Minha mãe teve uma semana um pouco emocionante, então eu queria fazer algo de bom para ela. Com a ajuda de Giselle, consegui acomodar a metade do dia de minha mãe no spa de Nova York. Fiz tudo com a Giselle! Ela ofereceu as melhores sugestões e demorou a responder ao pedido (e, provavelmente, à incerteza). Ela foi gentil, profissional e certamente foi além para acomodar a estadia de minha mãe durante o dia. Não é fácil morar a 3 horas de avião da sua mãe, mas o fato de Giselle ter sido capaz de me ajudar foi mais do que eu poderia pedir. Eu normalmente mando flores para minha mãe, mas ser de Nova York às vezes me preocupa com a certeza de que será enviado para ela, e porque eu já enviei flores para ela, pensei que seria bom tê-las lá para ela, mas passei. Giselle sugeriu recolher algo do jardim do hotel e, honestamente, esse pequeno toque pessoal realmente me fez sentir que escolhi o lugar certo. Se alguém estiver interessado em hospedar um evento ou hospedar alguém, ou apenas presentear-se com uma boa experiência de luxo; fale com Giselle! Ela vai acertar. Obrigada, Giselle!

Linda propriedade com excelente atendimento. Os quartos são maravilhosos, oferecendo privacidade e tranquilidade. Você pode desfrutar de um momento relaxante na piscina ou caminhar ou andar de bicicleta em várias trilhas naturais. Jantamos no Segrapes e no Beach Club. Ambos foram fantásticos. Beautiful property with excellent service. Rooms are wonderful, offering privacy and tranquility. You can enjoy a relaxing time at the pool or walk or bike several nature trails. We dined at Segrapes and the Beach Club. Both were fantastic. Can’t wait to come back.

The service here was fantastic. My mom had a bit of an emotional week, and so I wanted to do something nice for her. With Giselle's help, I was able to accommodate my mother's half of the day at the spa from New York City. I did everything with Giselle! She offered the best suggestions and took her time with the request (and most likely, uncertainty). She was kind, professional, and certainly went above and beyond to accommodate my mom's stay for the day. It's not easy living 3 hours away by plane from your mom but the fact that Giselle was able to help me was more than I could ask for. I usually send my mom flowers but being from NYC sometimes having confidence that’ll it'll get sent to her worries me, and because I already and sent her flowers I thought it would be nice to have them there for her but I passed. Giselle suggested gathering something up from the hotel's garden and honestly, this small personal touch really made me feel that’s I chose the right place. If anyone is interested in hosting an event or hosting someone, or just treating themselves to a good luxury experience; speak to Giselle! She'll get it right. Thank you, Giselle!

Bela propriedade e uma equipe muito boa. Infelizmente, não sabíamos de todas as áreas que foram fechadas devido à pandemia, porque nada específico está listado em seu site. Escolhemos este local para nossa lua de mel por causa de todas as comodidades e opções de restaurante, apenas para saber na chegada de todos os fechamentos e / ou limitações.Além disso, houve várias ocasiões em que pedimos gelo em nosso quarto e nunca recebemos o pedido. Talvez instale máquinas de gelo para que seus convidados possam servir o gelo por conta própria, caso você não consiga entregá-lo de forma consistente.

Beautiful property and very nice staff. Unfortunately we did not know of all of the areas that were shut down due to the pandemic, because nothing specific is listed on your website. We picked this location for our honeymoon because of all the amenities and restaurant options, only to learn upon arrival of all of the closures and/or limitations. Also, there were several occasions when we asked for Ice in our room and never received the order. Maybe install ice machines so your guests can self-serve the ice if you aren't able to deliver it consistently.

Ok, então em primeiro lugar o lugar é incrível. Os quartos são bem dimensionados e extremamente limpos e arrumados. Quanto à comida, é cara no geral, mas na minha opinião vale bem o preço pela qualidade da comida, especialmente para um hotel. Eles se orgulham do serviço e de como o tratam.A piscina é dividida em seções, mas cada uma é unida por uma pequena cachoeira. O banheiro da piscina é limpo e próximo à área de toalhas da piscina.No geral, eu gostei da minha estadia no hotel e não posso esperar para voltar.

Ok so first of all the place is amazing. The rooms are nicely sized and extremely clean and neat. As for the food, it is expensive overall but in my opinion well worth the price for the quality of the food, especially for a hotel. They take pride in the service and how they treat you.The pool is divided into sections but each is united by a small waterfall. The pool bathroom is clean and close to the pool towel area.Overall I have enjoyed my stay at the hotel and can't wait to come back.

Esto es otra cosa. Vacaciones de lujo dentro de nuestro Puerto Rico. Los mejores empleados en hotel se encuentran aquí. Si hicieran un rompeolas para la playa, sería lo ideal. No hay quien compita con ellos
