“Overall it was a good experience. The bell hop was very helpful and nice. The bartenders inside were great. The pool and outside bar was good. It is a great place for a family vacation. They have a lot of different activities to do at the hotel and on the island. However, the rooms seemed pretty dirty upon check in. My sheets had stains on them which is sorta gross for a higher end hotel. Whenever I went over to ask the concierge something, it was like I was bothering them. We asked for more towels on the way out of the door to dinner one night and when we returned later someone brought the towels into our room and left the door opened. Not a great feeling.”

“No geral foi uma boa experiência. O bell hop foi muito útil e agradável. Os barmen no interior foram excelentes. A piscina e o bar externo eram bons. É um ótimo lugar para férias em família. Eles têm muitas atividades diferentes para fazer no hotel e na ilha. No entanto, os quartos pareciam muito sujos no check-in. Meus lençóis tinham manchas que é sorta bruto para um hotel de alto nível. Sempre que ia perguntar algo ao concierge, era como se os estivesse incomodando. Pedimos mais toalhas no caminho de saída para o jantar uma noite e quando voltamos mais tarde alguém trouxe as toalhas para o nosso quarto e deixou a porta aberta. Não é uma sensação ótima.”
