Perfekte Lage, schönes Hotel. Wir waren mit unserem Zimmer sehr zufrieden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück sehr lecker. (Die Omelettes waren super lecker). Schade das unsere Woche schon um ist aber wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Um bom hotel! Camas muito agradáveis e tudo é limpo. Suas malas serão levadas para o quarto. Achei o edredom quentinho, mas isso varia de pessoa para pessoa. A localização é boa, da estação de metrô Kurfurstendam ou ausburgerstrasse você está lá em pouco tempo. O café da manhã também é bom.

I stayed here many years ago when name of this hotel was something else, but forgot to review. Everything topquality , breakfast , room , lobby , service, parking and location , everything superb. Close to KaDeWe and the destroyed church on kurstfursterdamm. I really recommend

We were staying in the hotel for 6 nights for vacation' I really don't know why it is a five-star hotel. the cleaning services are so bad, we had to call the reception to make sure they will clean our room. On the 2nd day, the toilet paper was over and they didn't refresh it which was very uncomfortable (putting it mildly), and they also didn't refresh the soap, shampoo almost through our entire stay. the toilet, the bath, and the sink cleaning were in lack too. the room was very old and not well equipped, the team didn't replace the coffee cups and we had to call reception for tea and coffee refill since it didn't happen daily (once in all our stay). coffee machines are only available in "premium rooms" according to the staff, in a 5-star hotel (which was half empty), in 2022. we were in Berlin many times, this is definitely not the best deal in the city, there are better hotels for less the price. if it was possible, I was reviewing it for less than 1 star!

Um hotel na melhor localização. O pessoal é muito simpático e cortês. Nosso quarto ficava no 9º andar, tudo era super limpo e muito espaçoso. Adoraríamos voltar.

Para mim, este hotel é um dos 3 melhores hotéis de 5 estrelas em Berlim. Recepção e funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos. Tinha um quarto no 10º andar, grande sala grande com uma vista muito boa. Já tinha vários hotéis 5 estrelas em Berlim, com certeza voltarei. Nós recomendamos!

For my work I stay prox 2 weeks a month in Berlin. As always I have searched a 5 star hotel and found DorintKurfürstendamm. During my stay I have not experienced a 5 star service. No roomservice, no room cleaning during my stay (4 nights). No water, no desinfection nothing! My room also didn’t smell nice, and carpet was dirty. (Which is clear when you do not clean regularly) The worst experience I got when checking out; Mrs Bongé didn’t understand my complaints because “I don’t understand why you expect a 5 star service, our hotel has no rating and the management is still deciding whether we will be a 3 or 4 star hotel” how can someone say this when this hotel shows up as a 5 star hotel in many booking sites (trivago, hotels.com etc) It is very clear that the management of this hotel has no interest at all to offer good service. Instead the clear focus lays in saving on service costs. I am sure this focus will get more important over the next years while guests won’t be willing to pay for this standard anymore. Just a shame. This hotel has many opportunities and a great location!

Great hotel-Great location. Wonderful hotel in the perfect location when visiting Berlin. The hotel is on a fairly quiet side street away from the main road which is great. It’s literally 1 minute walk to the main shopping/restaurant areas and, at the right time of year, 3 minutes to the Christmas market. 10 minute walk to the main train station and shorter walk to the underground. The 5 star hotel deserves 5 stars. The staff, facilities and amenities are worthy of this. I would highly recommend staying here when visiting Berlin. I’d like to think I’ll return one day.

Desastre, la atención es pésima, hacen la habitación a las 5 de la tarde o no la hacen directamente. Toallas pequeñas y viejas. No higienizan el lavatorio del baño, ni el marmoli. Una vergüenza No te lavan la taza que tomaste café, no te ordenan el baño, solo cambian toallas. No lavan losvasos. Los ascensores son pocos. Uno nunca anduvoUn desastre. El desayuno pobre. No esta lindo. Vine 2 veces antes, cuando era Sofitel y era mucho mejor. No volveré más. Carísimo €180 la noche, para esa atención

+ excellent location + spacious rooms + friendly receptionists- no porter to help with luggage - do not clean rooms properly (literally only made up the bed) - breakfast is chaotic, with limited options -rooms furnitures are very oldI believe this is more like a business hotel than a tourist one
