“Great customer service & speedy check-in. From the lobby, pool, fitness center, & to our room was very clean. Our room was spacious, beds were comfy, & even the chairs are comfy too. 😄 The bathroom was spacious with plenty of bath linens too. Breakfast was great too! If we are ever back in the area we would choose to stay at this hotel again. We had a very good experience with our stay.”

“Everything was great until my husband and I received a phone call at 940am from the main desk telling us we had a balance. I explained we paid cash at check in and the staff member rudely stated we still had a balance. She then asked how long did we stay which was one night and said oh. When I went downstairs and confronted her she was very standoffish and said it was policy to call people in their rooms before checkout time to tell them that they owed since so many people don't pay. I showed her our receipt from the night before but still no apology. I have never heard of any such policy. She then gave me the managers card and when I called it went right to her. I will never stay here or this company again. Poor customer service and "policy's". Stay away unless you want to deal with early morning phone calls harassing you to pay.”
