“If you're18 looking for a place to stay in Phoenix, unfortunately this might be your only option. The room seemed like it was half clean, you can hear all the rooms around you, the key cards didn't work half the time we tried to use them to get into our room, breakfast was very basic, only bagels and waffles, and the whole building in general is very run-down. I would say if you're 21 to definitely consider the other hotels around because they are probably nicer, and less expensive.”

“The staff was polite and helpful but the property is very small, dated, and needs a good cleaning. The location is fairly close to the airport but there isn't much in the immediate area aside from other hotels. The room and bathroom were very small for the price, but most of the hotels in the PHX airport area are overpriced. I can't recommend staying here unless you're traveling alone for one night and really just need a bed for the night.”
