Hotel com boa localização, no centro. É possível ir a pé para as principais atrações turísticas. Os quartos são ótimos, com camas confortáveis e banheiro com banheira. O café da manhã é bem servido. O jantar não agradou tanto quanto esperava. Há uma piscina na área externa do hotel e uma academia com spa que vale pena ser visitada.

Only stayed for 1 night this September. Common areas including the bar and pool are nice. Walkable from the train station. The rooms are dated. Our suite had a musty smell since it had just rained the day before. Staff was accommodating and moved rooms for us. It seems the bedroom suite rooms are not as updated as the studio style rooms. For a “five star” hotel, it leaves much to be desired. In the end, we shortened our stay here because the location is also not that close to the touristy spots that we wanted to visit. Fiquei apenas 1 noite em setembro. As áreas comuns, incluindo o bar e a piscina, são agradáveis. Walkable da estação de trem. Os quartos são datados. Nossa suíte estava com cheiro de mofo, pois havia chovido no dia anterior. A equipe foi acolhedora e mudou de quarto para nós. Parece que as suítes não são tão atualizadas quanto as salas de estilo estúdio. Para um hotel “cinco estrelas”, deixa muito a desejar. No final, encurtamos nossa estadia aqui porque o local também não é tão próximo dos pontos turísticos que queríamos visitar.

We stayed last summer. We had a great time, the room was very peaceful with the window on the nice hotel’s garden. Our room was very spacious and clean. You can tell it’s been refurbished but kept its own heritage. I loved that. Garden is lovely in summer and you can have breakfast outside in the morning. We had few aperitif / after dinner drinks at the hotel, a bit expensive but it was nice Ficamos no verão passado. Nós nos divertimos muito, o quarto era muito tranquilo com a janela no jardim do bom hotel. O nosso quarto era muito espaçoso e limpo. Você pode dizer que foi reformado, mas manteve sua própria herança. Eu amei isso. O jardim é lindo no verão e você pode tomar café da manhã ao ar livre pela manhã. Tivemos alguns aperitivos / bebidas após o jantar no hotel, um pouco caro, mas foi bom

It's a really good hotel, wonderful service.The room was good, but left me wanting a bit more at this level of price and within the Marriott brand.Steam/sauna was a nice touch!They need a doorman to improve the feeling of safety at the entrance. É um hotel muito bom, serviço maravilhoso. O quarto era bom, mas me deixou querendo um pouco mais nesse nível de preço e dentro da marca Marriott. Vapor/sauna foi um toque agradável! Precisam de um porteiro para melhorar a sensação de segurança na entrada.

Excelente hotel centralmente localizado. Pessoal muito profissional e gentil. Quartos acolhedores, modernos e tranquilos (vergonha dos banheiros sem janelas que sempre considero um sinal de menos). Áreas comuns bem cuidadas e agradáveis, mesmo no verão, graças à pequena piscina no jardim do hotel. Excelente jantar, muito ruim para o café da manhã que não é 5 estrelas. No geral, um ótimo hotel.

Very disappointing stay at this hotel. Our room was delivered an hour late with no apology or offer of a complimentary cocktail.We were not recognized as Marriot Bonvoy members as we are usually recognized at other Marriott properties. The staff were not warm or welcomingto us as American tourists.Not a great location- about a 15 minute walk to the center of Florence.More importantly the hotel is located in a very sketchy area with a small park near the front entrance with homeless and drug activity. Very dated hotel with an overpriced bar -$25 for a Vodka and soda. I can’t believe this property is affiliated with Marriott.

Update: I did finally receive my refund, five weeks later, after many emails back and forth. Lovely hotel and very friendly staff. The breakfast was vast and tasty. Within walking distance of the train station. However a bit of a walk (15-20) minutes to all of the places a tourist would like to see. My biggest complaint and the reason I’m giving three stars is because they charged me 135€ for parking—-I DIDN’T HAVE A CAR!! I checked out on 8/31 and noticed the over charge the next day on my credit card. My travel agent who booked the hotel spoke to them about a refund on several occasions and was promised that a refund would be credited to my card in two to three business weeks. It’s been more than four weeks and we still haven’t gotten our refund. So disappointing and now I have to dispute it. Such a pain.

The pool and gardens were pretty as well as the public areas. The rooms were old and outdated. I had to be moved to another room in the better wing of the hotel as the first room had a horrible smell of the kitchen oil and brown water coming from the bathroom taps. The so called upgrade was not much better but at least didn’t smell bad. Very expensive and not worth the money. Twenty minute walk from the center was fairly convenient.

I just checked out of Sina Villa Medici and it was truly an amazing experience. I checked in late at night due to my flight getting in late and Eleanora at the front desk was truly amazing. I told her my back was hurting and she was able to accommodate a tub for me which was wonderful after a long day. She also insisted I had assistance carrying my bags up to my room. The pool is absolutely stunning and you feel as if you’re at a villa rather than a hotel. It truly stands by the name!

Uno de los mejores hoteles en los que hemos estado en los muchos viajes que hemos estado por Europa. Nos dió pena que fuera para un día, pero tiene absolutamente de todo. Personal muy educado y amable. Las habitaciones increíbles (nos tocó una de la 5 planta con terraza y vista panorámica de toda Florencia, alucinante) Los desayunos completísimos. El hotel a 13 minutos del Duomo y del centro.

Un hotel situado en un lugar tranquilo, a unos quince o veinte minutos andando de la Piazza de Santa Maria Novella y de la estación de tren. El personal muy atento y amable. El desayuno del buffet muy bueno y variado. Fueron cuatro noches de estancia muy agradables.
