“Very comfortable stay .The stay in floor 20 and 21 has added advantage esp if you are from countries other than China as you have exclusive benefits and makes it easier when language is the serious issue outside. The staff was very courteous and polite .The house keeping staff were very warm and cordial and she would make sure she placed 3 drinking water bottles by my bedside as she noticed 3 empty bottles by my bedside table the first two days . That made me feel pampered as I didn't have to walk across to pick up the bottle. Attention to details I must say was very key. The food spread was helpful esp for a person like me who didn't eat beef and pork. The sea food was amazing. The concierge staff took pains everyday marking locations on maps and helping with Chinese dialects to cab drivers. this was very very helpful .They would write it down in Chinese that helped us by showing it the cab driver
Loved my stay and would definitely recommend the hotel to all esp people from other countries. Having stayed at Shangrila was a blessing as language was a very serious issue we found in the city and most of the staff could speak in English.”
