Fuimos la pareja a pasar 7 días. El personal muy profesional y super amable, las instalaciones inmejorables, limpias y cuidadas. La comida del restaurante principal de calidad, variadísima , comedor exterior e interior y nada que envidiar al Asiático e Italiano. De hecho a nosotros nos gustó incluso más.En cuanto al equipo de Animación lo resumimos como Excelente.

Não compreendo os comentários positivos recentes. Foi a nossa terceira vez neste hotel. Onde eu teria dado 4 estrelas antes, várias coisas se deterioraram significativamente.A comida: grande variedade de comida, mas o hotel parece não ter mais uma cozinha quente. Já está tudo comprado e a única coisa que se prepara de fresco são as carnes e os peixes da "cozinha espectáculo". A comida do buffet é acabada ou fria. Além disso, tudo tem gosto de pacotes e conservantes. O café da manhã consiste em pães de qualidade duvidosa e bolos e croissants pré-embalados feitos na fábrica. Os smoothies são misturados em excesso desde o dia anterior e não têm uma cor fresca. Você quer suco de frutas frescas? Você pode, mas por uma taxa. Você quer outro café além da bagunça instantânea? Também ao pagar. Aliás, as máquinas de café são muito lentas e não são suficientes para o número de pessoas hospedadas no hotel. No es un sitio barato pero realmente el trato fue excepcional por parte del personal de los diferentes servicios. Las instalaciones están genial, tener música en vivo todos los días fue perfecto, el buffet desayuno expectacular y el de la cena muy correcto. Se respira tranquilidad y organizan muchas actividades/clases de día en el complejo. Estábamos unas amigas de viaje de cumpleaños y ayudó a que el viaje fuera una experiencia de 10.

Food quality poor.Food luke warm/ cold.Hotel facilities only average. Booked all inclusive but feel we have been penalised for paying premium. Various bars we cannot use because we are all inclusive but if you are half board you get table service in restaurant and bars and can also use the pool bar In thehotel there is a bar/show room facility which is closed with no explanationThis is an adult only hotel but our family are staying at the Maspalomas Princess which is head and shoulders above this.Would NEVER stay or recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff, coundlt fault them at all. Although one of the bar tenders barked at my girlfriend which we found very strange 🤔Pool area was lovely but can see it getting extremely cramped during the peak season. The spa area is fantastic, if the pool area was too busy, we always managed to go in there and get one of the day beds to lay on and relax. The hot tubs in the spa area are a perfect temperature to cool off in during the hot day.Bedroom's were clean and had everything required. Showers were very hit and miss, the temperature always changed while you were in them ranging from ice cold to scorching hot which wasn't ideal when sunburnt 😅. The hairdryer was a bit pitiful as its a bit outdated so took extra long to dry hair.All inclusive plus. This is where things got very confusing as the princess hotel has a very strange policy with its all inclusive, we went for the better option thinking it would include everything. It doesn't and its not clear at all what is included and what's not. Only by trial and error did we work it out. The staff seem to be just as confused on the matter as one day you'll ask if something is included and they'll say yes but the next day when someone else is working they say no. Fortunately the cocktails were included with the plus armband.The whole point of all inclusive should be that you don't pay for anything, especially if you're offering a plus version.The food was unfortunately not very good imo. Its a typical buffet style resteraunt. Breakfast did its job and isn't very hard to get wrong, I basically had bacon rolls most mornings. Lunch and dinner on the other hand weren't as good, the food was pretty stale even with them refreshing the food fairly often. We opted to eat away from the hotel more often than not which I highly recommend doing as there are some fantastic restaurants within walking distance.The evening entertainment was great fun, often difficult for the act as people werent super interested at the start, but normally by the end everyone was starting to join in and the outside area had completely filled up, only problem was getting drinks as there's only really one bar open during the evening and the queues back up quickly

Muy buen hotel. Cama muy cómoda. Habitación moderna y amplia. Terraza y baño amplios también. Buena limpieza y organización. Comida variada y de calidad. Gran atención de los empleados. Muy buena opción de alojamiento.

Tiene cosas a señalar, nos dijeron antes de reservar que la piscina era climatizada y no está climatizada. En el restaurante no se guarda la distancia requerida entre las mesas se lo dije al meitre del restaurante y no se ha resuelto. Hay un todo incluido plus que no está en la página web.

Tive apenas 10 dias no Gran Canarian Princess, um hotel muito bom e um cofre covid. Excelente escolha de comida e funcionários simpáticos. Meu quarto ficava nos fundos, então eu podia ouvir o entretenimento, mas terminou por volta das 23h. Com certeza, ficaria lá novamente.

Just had 10 days at the Gran Canarian Princess, very nice hoteland covid safe. Excellent choice of food and friendly staff. My room was at the rear so I could hear the entertainment but it finished about 11.00 pm. I would definitely stay there again.

Just stayed here for 9 days and thought I'd write a review. We booked this hotel before Covid and moved our booking, because of this we were told we would get a complimentary upgrade to All Inclusive Plus which would include robes, slippers, branded drinks etc. I was so excited to stay here as had heard amazing things from someone we met on a previous holiday to GC so I splashed out.Hotel: The hotel is nice and very modern looking. We were checked in relatively efficiently until we realised we had not been given the upgrade we had been promised. Then we had to scour through 18months of messages on email to find the email where they offered us the upgrade only to find it was just for branded drinks. They are strict with mask wearing in public areas and very hot on sanitising regularly.Rooms: Spacious, clean and a fridge with a bottle opener. We stayed on floor 7 and had a lovely queen size bed with extra pillows and a nice double shower. The cleaners came in daily.Pool area: Clean and we didn't have to worry about reserving beds but that's probably because they were at 50% capacity. We used the wellness centre mainly because the balinese beds were more comfortable, the Jacuzzis were nice to read in, it was less crowded and it was no smoking.Bars: As we had the upgrade we could use the central pool bar, there wasn't always a bar person there so you'd have to go to the other pool bar and they would walk you over to the centre bar..... The blue bar inside was a nightmare of an evening. Constant queues for drinks, the staff were grumpy and one in particular always tried to give us unbranded drinks then would refuse to serve us again after we corrected them. Many times there was just 1 bar person on and a queue snaking down the atrium.They are not shy with the measures on drink either.Food: It was very very clear from the food that this hotel didn't cater to the English. Breakfast was pretty standard, lunch was too. For dinner however, this has to be the worst All Inclusive I've ever stayed at food wise. My partner is a fussy eater and really really struggled, I'm not but I struggled to find anything most nights... Settling for salad, meat and chips (I don't usually eat chips very much). 2 of the 9 nights we ate out as we were so fed up with the food choice. There was no themes to the food. It was mainly fish, a few veg dishes, a rice dish, a griddle meat and the standard plain pasta and 2 different sauces. I don't know if this was cut back due to covid or this is how its always been.Entertainment: This was just okay. Singers, a magic act and a dance act. There was nothing else to do within the hotel. No books available at reception, no outdoor games other than ping pong. There was a big entertainment room that wasn't being used that appeared to have another bar, a stage, a pool table etc in. I can only assume it was closed due to covid.Lifts: It's not something the hotel can change at the moment but it's a highly frustrating part of the holiday. If you're on a lower floor you could use the stairs but the upper floors it's not really feasible.Conclusion: I was highly disappointed with the hotel to be honest. Its clearly very German and Spanish oriented and this is reflected in the food. If I come back to Gran Canaria I will be staying at either the Dunas Suites & Villas in Maspalomas or the Servateur Waikiki (both of which I have stayed previously and have been excellent). I got shiny object syndrome and regret it.

Me encantó el hotel: Habitaciones, piscina, conciertos por la noche y el personal ( en especial las camareras de piso) atienden de maravilla. Sin embargo, si quiero comentar que en la cena nos pusieron de 21 a 22:00 hrs pero a las 21:35 empiezan a recoger. Entiendo que tienen que ir dejando todo recogido para el desayuno del día siguiente, pero opino que deberían poner a los huéspedes a cenar de 20:30 a 21:30 y así tener más margen de probar opciones de comida y postre. Por lo demás todo bien! Volveré. ☺️

Very clean comfortable hotel. Good amenities and relatively cheap. What you can expect from an all inclusive resort. Good location for walking either to the beach or to yumbo.

Fomos para o hotel Gran Canaria Princes all inclusive por 3 semanas com 6 pessoas. Este hotel definitivamente vale suas 4 estrelas. O café da manhã era ótimo, o jantar não era o mesmo todas as noites e um tema diferente a cada noite e você podia comer fora. O pessoal do catering é muito simpático, empenha-se ao máximo para agradar aos hóspedes e prestar um serviço com um sorriso no rosto. Os coquetéis são super deliciosos. Os funcionários da recepção são muito simpáticos e prestativos se houver algo de errado com o quarto ou qualquer coisa, então é resolvido rapidamente. Os quartos são muito arrumados e limpos, se a cama for muito dura pode pedir um colchão macio.Este hotel é conhecido pelo seu serviço em termos de almofadas e chapéus de coco. Quanto às toalhas de banho para as camas que acontecem em todos os hotéis, sempre tínhamos o mesmo lugar e realmente não tínhamos que sair da cama às 6 horas. Durante o fim de semana às vezes havia mais espanhóis, isso porque não há espreguiçadeiras na praia, então essas pessoas apenas reservaram um hotel para o fim de semana, você pode comparar isso com reservar um fim de semana em hotéis van de Valk, essas pessoas também querem um fim de semana fora. Bom entretenimento todas as noites e um bom ar condicionado. Novamente, eu realmente não entendo por que as pessoas dão uma crítica ruim sobre este hotel, eles certamente estão acostumados a uma estrela Michelin em casa. De los mejores hoteles en los que he estado. El personal muy amable y atento en todo momento. Habitaciones grandes, modernas y limpias. Piscina y zona spa de maravilla. Animación y espectáculo todos los días. Muy muy recomendable!

Adult only hotel, very clean, nice rooms. Food excellent. Great pool area, plenty of activities hourly. Good location, bus stops outside hotel. Supermarkets close by, including Lidl.

Hotel was spotlessly clean and staff were seen regularly spraying the sun loungers to ensure the safety of the guests. We stayed all inclusive and were very impressed with the quality and variety of food. The Chefs cater for all tastes. The staff were very friendly and helpful, in particular the young girl on reception who was working 6th September, I was having trouble with the passenger locator forms and she spent about 30 minutes sorting them out and printing them off for me. I cannot praise this hotel enough. Thank you so much.

Estivemos lá de 21/09/21 a 21/09/21. O hotel e a piscina são como nas fotos, muito legais! O pessoal é muito simpático e cortês. Os quartos são feitos todos os dias. A comida é boa. Como infelizmente não gosto de tudo, ainda não foi problema encontrar algo que também goste, pois todos os dias tem uma comida diferente, que eu achei muito boa. O que me incomodava um pouco era que ficava a poucos minutos a pé da praia. Para mim, poderia ter sido ainda mais perto. E os elevadores sempre ficavam cheios muito rapidamente, então às vezes era preciso esperar um pouco mais ou caminhar. Mas esses foram meus únicos pontos de crítica. Lojas e bares ficavam parcialmente a uma curta caminhada. Ao todo, eu iria lá novamente e recomendo o hotel com a consciência limpa.

El hotel estaba limpio. Las habitaciones son grandes y la cama es cómoda y enorme. Buen desayuno salvo por el zumo, que es de máquina y sabe a aguachirri, igual que el café. La piscina esta bien, pero nadie cumple el horario y a las 8 de la mañana si quieres tener sitio tienes que bajar a coger una hamaca ( a pesar de que se supone que no se puede). Los ascensores muy lentos.

Muy buen hotel! La mayoría del personal muy amable y profesional. Muy limpio y las cenas variadas. Las actuaciones nocturnas muy buenas y la chica de la animación muy simpática.El único pero fueron los ascensores (insuficientes para todo el mundo, en hora punta era más rápido usar las escaleras) y que los fines de semana se llenaba bastante.
