“Had a little trouble with it being cold in the room but they quickly sent up their engineer, Nick. He was quick, efficient, and most of all incredibly nice. He couldn't fix the cold room, something with the central air not being on dual (ac and heat) setting, but he did everything he could to make us comfortable. Even went out of his way to get us extra blankets. He definitely made our stay.”
