“I’ve stayed at Rodeway Inn many times and the managers Jay and Sally are amazing and very accommodating. Jay always makes sure that my stay is pleasant. The hotel is in a good safe area, a block away from the beach. My room was very clean and quiet. I appreciated the great service, good sleep, and proximity to the beach and restaurants, all at a great price. I will book and stay again. Thanks for a good experience.”

“I've been staying at this hotel multiple times a year for like 8 years. I tried to get a room last night at 930pm. The front desk lady was super rude and very unaccommodating. She quoted me a price $50 higher than on the website and told me it was a $100 Cash only deposit. I immediately felt like she was trying to scam me. I mentioned on the website it was $72 and that it said a $75 refundable deposit. She was super rude and told me that was only for choice members, which I am, she then told me that if I do it online she cannot get me a room for 30 minutes because it won't go through her system. I have never been treated so rudely here. I expressed that and took my business elsewhere. Over the years I've stayed here there was always something crazy that happened(a broken fire alarm that went off for like 2 hours in the dead of night, moving furniture out of the rooms that took up the whole parking lot, construction where they were drilling loud early morning, and much more crazy stuff) I still chose to stay over and over because the front desk staff were Fairly pleasant and lenient on late checkouts and of course affordable. I am super bummed that it has changed and hired such rude staff. Hopefully you will discuss the importance of customer service to this lady and maybe I will continue to give you my business.”
