Esta foi uma estadia terrível, e eu não recomendo este hotel a ninguém. Provavelmente a pior experiência Residence Inn que tive até agora.Má insonorização; o ruído viaja facilmente pelos pisos. Tivemos um alarme falso de incêndio às 7 da manhã no dia do check-out. A equipe não parecia se importar muito com isso.As comodidades dos quartos foram algumas das piores. Sem forno em uma suíte de 1 quarto. Eles claramente tentaram compensar isso com o enorme micro-ondas, ocupando 50% do espaço do balcão. A coisa sobre o microondas é que é facilmente 4x maior do que qualquer uma das placas com as quais a sala estava equipada. Sem um prato de cobertura de micro-ondas transparente e sem capacidade de ajustar o nível de potência de cozimento, tudo o que colocamos lá 'pintou' o interior dele completamente.A arrumação batia constantemente, antes do nosso horário de check-out, mesmo com um sinal DND colado na porta.Este lugar era atroz. Ficar longe.

This was a terrible stay, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Probably the worst Residence Inn experience I've had thus far. Poor soundproofing; noise travels through the floors easily. We had a false fire alarm at 7AM on our check out day. Staff didn't seem to care much at all about this. Room amenities were some of the worst. No oven in a 1 bedroom suite. They clearly tried to make up for it with the enormous microwave, taking up 50% of the counter space. The thing about the microwave is that it's easily 4x bigger than any of the plates the room was equipped with. With no transparent microwave cover dish, and no ability to adjust the cooking power level, everything we put in there 'painted' the inside of it quite thoroughly. Housekeeping knocked constantly, before our checkout time, even with a DND sign taped to the door. This place was atrocious. Stay away.

Deixe-me começar dizendo que não sou de deixar comentários, mas isso é simplesmente absurdo. O hotel estava bem. Sem problemas. Cheirava a café quando chegamos lá, mas nada demais. Eu, meu marido e bebê estávamos lá apenas por uma noite. No entanto, fomos cobrados com uma taxa de 250$ por fumar... NÓS NÃO FUMAMOS NEM NUNCA TOCAMOS UM CIGARRO EM NOSSAS VIDAS! Também não tomamos café. Quando ligamos para perguntar do que se tratava, eles foram muito rudes e curtos conosco, dizendo que não nos ajudariam com isso no futuro ... umm ousado de sua parte assumir que teríamos esse problema novamente!?!? Muito impressionado com Marriott contratando pessoas rudes de atendimento ao cliente. Eu costumo amar o Marriott, mas estou completamente irritado e chocado com o comportamento deles. Felizmente, seremos reembolsados, mas não estou nada impressionado com o gerente ou a recepcionista que falou conosco por telefone. Aprenda atendimento ao cliente decente. Não fizemos nada de errado.

Let me preface with saying I am not one to ever leave reviews but this is just absurd. The hotel was fine. No issues. It smelled of coffee when we got there but no biggie. Me, my husband and infant were only there for a night. However we got charged with a 250$ fee for smoking….WE DO NOT SMOKE NOR HAVE WE EVER EVEN TOUCHED A CIGARETTE IN OUR LIVES! We also don’t drink coffee. When we called to ask what this was about they were very rude and short with us saying they wouldn’t help us with this in the future…umm bold of you to assume we would have this issue again!?!? Very unimpressed with Marriott hiring rude customer service people. I usually love Marriott but I’m completely annoyed and appalled by their behavior. We thankfully will be getting refunded but I’m not at all impressed with the manager or the front desk woman who spoke to us over the phone. Learn decent customer service. We didn’t do anything wrong.

Não tenho palavras suficientes para descrever o quão brilhante este hotel é. A recepção é a perfeição! Jayden, que me registrou, me deixou um bilhete no meu quarto me agradecendo. Meu nome estava na televisão. Quando isso acontece em uma experiência de hotel não cara? Eu estou emocionado. Muito emocionado por terminar minhas férias dessa maneira.

I don't have enough words to describe how brilliant this hotel is. The front desk is perfection! Jayden who checked me in left me a note in my room telling me thank you. My name was on the television. When does that ever happen in a not expensive hotel experience? I am thrilled. Very thrilled to end my vacation this way.

O hotel aqui é bastante datado, mas o quão limpo e amigável as pessoas que trabalham aqui compensam Isto. Os elevadores têm um cheiro estranho e alguns dos potes, panelas e utensílios precisarão ser substituídos em breve. Para quem viaja e precisa de um lugar para ficar, este é um bom hotel para ficar. Não há cobrança de estacionamento neste local. Não sei se café da manhã gratuito neste local, mas das minhas estadias em outros locais de pousadas, eles geralmente oferecem café da manhã gratuito.

A equipe é incrível. Obrigado equipe Marriott no North Provo Residence Inn. Agradeço a hospitalidade, simpatia e serviço prestado durante a minha estadia.A localização é ótima e estava centralmente localizado para onde eu precisava viajar todos os dias.Eu não estava satisfeito com as condições do quarto do estabelecimento para um Marriott em comparação com outros Residence Inns. Os detalhes importam muito e esta propriedade precisa de melhorias.

The staff is amazing. Thank you Marriott staff at North Provo Residence Inn. I appreciate the hospitality, friendliness, and service provided during my stay. The location is great and was centrally located to where I needed to travel to every day. I was not satisfied with the room conditions of the property for a Marriott compared to other Residence Inns. The details matter a lot and this property needs to make improvements.

The hotel here is pretty dated but how clean and how friendly the folks working here makes up for It. The elevators have an odd smell to it and some of the pots, pans and utensils will need replacing soon. For those traveling through and need a place to stay, this is a good hotel to stay at. There is no charge for parking at this location. I do not know if free breakfast at this location but from my stays at other residence inn locations they usually do offer free breakfast.

Me alojé aquí por siete días y tuve una excelente experiencia. La vista de las montañas es increíble. El hotel en sí está un poco anticuado, así que no espere encimeras de granito ni lámparas modernas, pero estaba muy limpio, tenía la mayor parte de lo que necesitaba para cocinar y el personal era amable y servicial (recepción, conductores de transporte y limpiadores). El precio era muy razonable para una habitación que incluye una sala de estar y una cocineta, ¡lo recomiendo encarecidamente!

hospedado aqui para sete dias e teve uma excelente experiência. A vista das montanhas é incrível. O hotel em si é um pouco datado, então não espere bancadas de granito e luminárias modernas, mas era muito limpo, tinha a maior parte do que eu precisava para cozinhar e os funcionários foram simpáticos e prestativos (recepção, motoristas de transporte e produtos de limpeza). O preço era muito razoável para um quarto que inclui uma área de estar e uma kitchenette, recomendo!

Stayed here for seven days and had an excellent experience. The view of the mountains is amazing. The hotel itself is a bit dated so don’t expect granite countertops and modern light fixtures but it was very clean, had most of what I needed to cook and the staff were friendly and helpful (front desk, shuttle drivers and cleaners). The price was very reasonable for a room that includes a living area and a kitchenette, highly recommend!

Tivemos que rastrear algumas horas de casa para uma consulta médica que se transformou em uma cirurgia de emergência. Não estávamos preparados para ficar! Decidiu nesta jóia, e a equipe, instalações e acomodações foram realmente de primeira qualidade! Acho que nunca fiquei tão impressionado com uma estadia em um hotel. ALERTA DE SEGURANÇA!!! NÃO FIQUE AQUI!!!Este hotel NÃO tem câmeras de segurança no exterior, e meu carro foi arrombado durante a noite. O gerente declarou explicitamente "não temos câmeras de segurança porque não são exigidas por lei".O policial que respondeu ao meu caso disse que é provável que o estacionamento seja alvo exatamente por esse motivo (sem câmeras).Gaste seu dinheiro em um lugar que se preocupa com a segurança de seus hóspedes!

We had to trace a few hours from home for a medical appointment that turned into an emergency surgery. We weren’t prepared to stay! Decided in this gem, and the staff, facilities, and accommodations were really top notch! I don’t think I have ever been so impressed by a hotel stay. This is my first time at a Marriott Residence Inn, and now I feel spoiled! Thanks again for an incredible stay!

SAFETY ALERT!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!This hotel does NOT have any security cameras on the exterior, and my car was broken into during the night. The manager stated explicitly "we do not have security cameras because they are not required by law."The officer who responded to my case said that it's likely that parking lot is targeted for that exact reason (no cameras).Spend your money at a place that cares about the safety and security of its guests!

La gente está muy amable y ayudante. Las habitaciones son sensillos y de moda, con arte agradable y muebles cómodos. Está ubicada en buen lugar en la ciudad Provo, cerca de las calles más importantes, pero la calle en que está es muy callada y retirada. Hay muchas opciones para el desayuno, y todas son muy deliciosas.
