The Hotel is clean, but tbh that's the only good thing to say about. The bar and pool area is quite small for the size of the hotel and was closed due an event while I stayed in here. There wasn't any information about this per Mail before. In the restaurant it takes forever to get something to eat. Ive ordered a burger two times and had to wait an hour even if the restaurant was empty. Parking was okay, but the carpark is very dark and small. You have to search for a place between reserved parking areas, what could be a challenge on its own. The staff speaks even worse English than my own. In total the stay was the worst I had in Brazil so far. Wouldn't recommend a stay at any chance.

This hotel has so much promise yet lacks certain requirements. The fit and finish is fantastic, someone has spent a ton of money keeping this place LOOKING great. The heated pool is also a bonus. However, we found the Wifi speeds almost comically slow (even though they are using good access points). I walked around the hotel and confirmed it was an issue everywhere before complaining. The manager confirmed that the internet that they subscribe to was only 20mbps for the whole hotel. I went to their providers site and confirmed it was 130BRL a month. What?!? You are only paying what I alone spend in a night of staying for the entire months internet? The provider offers much faster by the way. On weekends you won't be a able to watch a YouTube video to save your life and if you are working your VPN will drop often. Also the staff are rude on a regular basis - god help you if you need towels because your going swimming. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

The room are very Nice and clean. The bed has a Very good size. The attendents are very Very kind and gently. And the breakfast was great.

Awesome hotel with friendly staff. Nice layout and very comfortable. Extremely close to great supermarkets and restaurants, with a selection of premium malls nearby.

Excellent rooms, the professionals working in there are polites and has much attention with the customers. The breakfast is included and awesome.
