Rooms are a toich dated and need more than a quick paint coat, but the owners are working at it. The on site Mexican resteraunt is convenient. Not bad for a night before flying out or a quick weekend. The gym is smaller and the pool area is not really inviting, but kids will play in water in an alley.

Was going to stay for 8 days, 1st TV not working, then they had a party in meeting room and after 3 days on road was tired but party went till 10 on Sunday night. Beds were sunken in middle, so good thing we had two in room.. Then got up in morning room is nasty especially bathroom floors, went to make coffee no outlet by pot, moved it to bathroom and it just boiled water and would not dispense, don't mess with my coffer!!! All recent repairs appears to have been completed by toddler. Went to hook up computer and power strip on desk not working so discovered there was one outlet for entire wall that had fridge, microwave, TV, satellite box all in same outlet, can you say fire 🔥 hazard?

Stayed for 2 weeks for work. It wasn't the worse hotel i have stayed in. Some good maintenance and cleaning would help. All was going decently until this past week. the hotel had booked up with what the front desk employee described as a school wrestling team. I have had issues for the last 2 days since the arrival of these students and their families. They had some younger children with this group were about 8 years old. Approximately 6 boys and 1 girl with no parental supervision from what I could find. I asked the front desk to control the situation since my door was being knocked on all hours of the night, children were running and screaming down the hallways. I was told that they were to busy and could not control this and to put my do not disturb sign out. Which fixed nothing at all. Actually it got worse after that. I told the children to go get their parents but they never showed up. When I went to work the next morning, I realized my do not disturb sign was stolen. I immediately asked for a new sign, the employee said he would find one and place it on my door. When I got home from work that night I still had no sign. And even though I had given strict instruction to the front desk and house keeping that I did not want them in my room during my stay. Since the sign was not on my door. My room had been serviced by housekeeping. Some of my food and bags i was using for misc things were thrown away. When I spoke to the employee on duty he said he would get me a do not disturb sign. 🤦‍♀️ And speak to management about these issues. No one ever apologized or fixed any problems. Thankfully i checked out today because the trauma of not getting enough sleep is really getting to me. Plus my do not disturb sign was stolen again. 🤷‍♀️

The hotel use to be good and accommodating. But now it is under new management and the service is bad. My company booked the hotel for me and since the company booked the lodging then this hotel won't allow me to claim Wyndham Rewards. What other Wyndham hotels would allow me to do. And second, the hotel use to have a generous full breakfast for all guests, but now the breakfast is nothing, no eggs, no juice and no fruit, only coffee, and water. The front service desk doesn't wear any uniforms, just street clothes and they are rude to guess that comes in. I would suggest going here for the night on a business trip. The service at this hotel is really bad.

The room was clean and comfortable. The fitness room was well-equipped and well-kept. The swimming pool area was clean, and the temperature was kept at a comfortable level. Breakfast was of a good quality and offered a variety of options. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Excellent service and upkeep. Excellent location. My overall experience was pleasant, and will definitely visit again.
