“Went for afternoon tea and it was such a delight. The staff catered for my dietary requirements without any fuss. Made us feel so welcomed and the food was so tasty. Defo worth a visit!”

“Very disappointed about this hotel. No hot water during the whole night. To be honest, the staff in this hotel is nice and helpful. But management communication is poor. After a long day outside, the kids like to have a hot Barth and I just want a hot water shower , but THERE IS NO HOT WATER at all. Can you imagine a five star hotel no hot water during Saturday’s night. The receptionist said there will be hot water again at 3pm and there should be a notice letter in our room. But there is no a piece of paper in our room. We call them to ask for a solution, wait 10mins no one get us a feedback. If I can rate 0 point, I will definitely give them the point. Shame on you!”
