“When we arrived, we checked in and went to our room. The shower handle was completely detached from the wall, sitting on the side of the tub with the screws. Called the front desk, she told us she would give us a new room. She met us in the hallway, knocked on the door of the “new” room and entered, the room was occupied. So Now we were going on room three. She gets key for new room and the door would not open. Finally on the FOURTH try we get a vacant room! The walls are so thin, you can hear EVERYTHING on either side of you. The room was supposed to be “Mountain View”. The view was a hill with another establishment behind us 🙄. There was an old beat up car in the lot that we saw a couple walk to from the indoor pool in their towels, not sure that they were guests because we once saw the female changing in the car. Ugh. Service was awful. We were told there was no housekeeping. To put a Door sign out with the number of towels/linens we need…..we never got them. What a joke. The best I can say about this place is the bed was comfortable 🤷🏻‍♂️ Will NOT be back. Find a little mom and pop motel if you’re going to Maggie Valley, It’ll probably be a better experience. HIGHLY disappointed”

“Este lugar no está mal. Limpio y cómodo, pero podíamos escuchar una llamada telefónica de nuestro vecino con bastante claridad y las personas en los pasillos se podían escuchar muy claramente. El desayuno estaba previsto hasta las 10 de la mañana. Llegamos a las 9:15 am y no había mucho para elegir. No creo que nadie lo estuviera manejando.”
