I wouldn't even give this hotel a one star rating but Google made me give me one star. Diana told me I could sit in the lobby and wait. While I was was sitting there waiting Diana came to me and told me I had to wait outside for my ride. I told Diana I had really bad asthma and it was hot out she looked at me and said she didn't care. Diana caused my anxiety to sky rocket and throwing me into a really bad panic attack. Diana followed me outside while I was having my panic attack and told me to stop faking and to call my doctor so she could get proof that I have anxiety panic attacks, asthma for her to believe me. After I came out of my panic attack I asked her for the owners name and contact information and she told me I'm not giving you the owners name and contact information. I still want to speak to the owner

Front desk staff was funny, quick and very helpful. Hotel has quick access to highway. Room was nice. Loved the chairs. Beds were comfortable and the shower was hot. Will stay again next year.

Reaching here is little complicated,, in the dark.. we could not see the roads reach the hotel.....though we could see it from far...There was a marker at the start of the road.. but better havemore.,,....further down the path. Eu nunca quis escrever uma crítica ruim antes, mas este lugar não estava limpo. Tivemos que trazer nosso cachorro conosco, então os lugares para ficar eram limitados e essa era uma das únicas opções que conhecíamos. Ao olharmos para o local dava para ver que o chão do banheiro tinha marcas visíveis de sujeira e estava super grudento, as camas tinham pelos humanos e de cachorro (eu sabia que não era do meu cachorro porque ele é branco puro e o pelo era marrom), o piso acarpetado estava super pegajoso e tinha muita sujeira, o banheiro não estava limpo e o frigobar não estava limpo (marcas visíveis de restos de comida ou do que quer que estivesse lá). Foi tão nojento que acabamos não dormindo muito e saímos cedo. Pessoalmente, é muito ruim quando você nem se sente confortável para tomar banho. Não estou tentando não escolher o lugar, entendo que as coisas acontecem, além de muita gente ficar lá. Ao mesmo tempo, muito disso era uma limpeza básica que deveria ter sido feita. Em uma boa nota, todos foram super legais.

Kristy na recepção foi extremamente útil e gentil! Ligamos no último minuto procurando um quarto e ela foi mais do que acolhedora ao nos contar sobre a disponibilidade. O quarto era limpo, o café da manhã era bom, definitivamente recomendo este hotel!

Bem grosseiro. Velho e em mau estado. Cheiro forte de fumaça nos quartos para não fumantes. os corredores cheiram muito a fumaça devido aos quartos para fumantes misturados com não-fumantes. A água quente é semi-confiável. Pelo menos sem percevejos. Ficou sem muitas coisas no café da manhã. Quase tudo foi às 8h da manhã sem mais em casa, de acordo com a equipe.

Nunca quise escribir una mala crítica antes, pero este lugar no estaba limpio en absoluto. Tuvimos que traer a nuestro perro con nosotros, por lo que los lugares para quedarse eran limitados y esta era una de las únicas opciones que conocíamos. Fue tan asqueroso que terminamos durmiendo poco y nos fuimos temprano. Personalmente, es bastante malo cuando ni siquiera te sientes cómodo para ducharte. De ninguna manera estoy tratando de no elegir el lugar, entiendo que las cosas suceden, además de que mucha gente se queda allí. Al mismo tiempo, mucho de esto fue una limpieza básica que debería haberse hecho. En una buena nota, todos fueron súper amables.

Service desk ladies were fantastic, very friendly and social. The rooms were clean had everything we needed for the night. We are happy that we picked this place to stay.

Pretty rough. Old and in disrepair. Smells strongly of smoke in nonsmoking rooms. hallways smell very smoky due to the smoking rooms intermixed with non-smoking . Hot water is semi-reliable. At least no bed bugs. Ran out of lots of stuff at breakfast. Almost everything gone at 8am with no more in house, according to staff.

I’ve never wanted to write a bad review before, but this place wasn’t clean at all. We had to bring our dog with us, so the places to stay were limited and this was one of the only options we knew of. As we looked at the place you could see that the bathroom floor had visible dirt marks and it was super sticky, the beds had human and dog hair on it (I knew it wasn’t from my dog because he is pure white and the hair was brown), the carpeted floor was super sticky and had a lot of dirt on it, the toilet wasn’t cleaned, and the mini fridge wasn’t cleaned (visible marks from left over food or from whatever was in there). It was so gross that we ended up not sleeping much and left early. Personally, it’s pretty bad when you don’t even feel comfortable to take a shower. I’m by no means trying to not pick the place, I understand that things happen, plus a lot of people stay there. At the same time, a lot of this was basic cleaning that should’ve been done. On a good note everyone was super nice.

Kristy at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind! We called last minute looking for a room and she was more than welcoming when telling us about availability. The room was clean, breakfast was good, would definitely recommend this hotel!
