Amor o microondas/frigorífico no quarto. Quartos limpos e prédio. Bom café da manhã. Bela piscina/vista de pedras vermelhas (meu filho colocou os pés na parte da manhã desde que não tínhamos tempo de outra forma). Um pouco fora do que eu chamaria de estrada principal, mas feliz por termos escolhido.

Love the microwave/fridge in the room. Clean rooms and building. Nice breakfast. Beautiful pool/view of red rocks (my kiddo put his feet in in the morning since we didn't have time otherwise). A little off what I'd call the main road, but glad we chose it.

Os quartos são de bom tamanho. O banho precisava ser atualizado, mas se você puder olhar por último, foi o lugar perfeito para ficar. O café da manhã era bom com muitos lugares sentados. Os funcionários foram simpáticos. Ficamos 3 noites e o quarto só é limpo a pedido.

Quarto era limpo e tranquilo. Pequena piscina fria, mas um ônibus cheio de estudantes viajantes parou e havia 25 garotos adolescentes na piscina ao mesmo tempo. Muito engraçado. Local realmente agradável à beira da piscina para relaxar por causa da vista rochosa visível da piscina. Bom café da manhã. Pessoal gentil. Difícil obter ajuda na mesa - muitas vezes longe da mesa.

Room was clean and peaceful. Tiny cold pool but a bus full of traveling students pulled in and there were 25 teenaged boys in the pool at one time. Pretty funny. Really nice spot by the pool to lounge because of the rocky view visible from pool. Good breakfast. Kind staff. Hard to get help at the desk- often away from desk.

They rooms are a nice size. Bath needed updating, but if you can look last that it was the perfect place to stay. Breakfast was good with lots of seating. Staff were friendly. We stayed 3 nights and room only gets cleaned on request.

Motel americano clássico que com pouco para ficar ótimo. O quarto era muito grande e limpo, o banheiro dividido em dois (de um lado vaso sanitário e chuveiro, fora da pia). Há também uma Pisxiana que não usei, não posso opinar, o café da manhã é acima da média para este tipo de hotel. Wifi no quarto rápido e estável. Obviamente estacionamento gratuito. Também recomendado para várias noites.

Em primeiro lugar, quero dizer que este lugar parece ser bastante limpo (embora houvesse uma aranha enorme no corredor quando chegamos pela primeira vez sobre a largura de uma bola de beisebol, não estou brincando). A equipe da recepção foram bastante nice. A piscina parecia muito bem mantida, e nossas meninas adoraram. Tenha em mente que a banheira de hidromassagem foi preenchida com cimento.O próprio hotel é um assunto triste. Problemas em todos os lugares. O chão do nosso quarto estava inclinado e parece muito esboço. Os tetos são todos irregulares. Os pisos de cerâmica no banheiro não são seguros no lugar e garanto que a água está ficando embaixo deles, causando mais problemas. A cama era meh. As imagens na tv ficaram embaçadas e de qualidade super baixa, como se pensa no estilo dos anos 80.A governanta que foi designada para o nosso quarto foi bastante agressiva com seu trabalho. Na sexta à noite chegamos tarde, depois da 1 da manhã e não pensamos em colocar o cartão Não perturbe na maçaneta da porta. Pouco depois das 8 da manhã, a governanta está batendo na porta e eu disse que não precisávamos de nada. Ela continua a me perseguir por não ter colocado o cartão na porta.. Domingo de manhã chega as 8h, lá está ela batendo na porta de novo, e antes que eu possa responder ela abre a porta! Ela começa a perguntar se estamos verificando. Ei estaremos. O check-out é às 11h! Ela então pergunta ao meu marido logo depois no corredor quando faremos o check-out. Faz minha mente pensar nisso.A estadia definitivamente não valeu US$ 150 por noite. Quem está no comando deste hotel deve considerar derrubá-lo, reconstruí-lo e reeducar o serviço de limpeza na etiqueta.

Gostaria que houvesse uma opção zero estrela! Reservado por 2 noites em uma viagem de cross country e precisava mudar os locais do Quality Inn. Quando falei com o gerente da propriedade, ele me disse que eu reservava um quarto sem cancelamento. Ele me disse que, em última análise, era sua escolha como lidar com isso e se recusou a modificar minha reserva e desligou na minha cara. Também me disseram que eu não poderia presentear o quarto. Eu teria preferido dar a estadia para outra família versos que ele reservasse e fosse pago duas vezes pelo meu quarto. Posso estar sem US $ 431, mas cancelei todas as minhas reservas de pousada de qualidade e hotéis de escolha restantes para esta viagem e reservei em outro lugar. Escusado será dizer que eles perderam permanentemente um cliente de longa data. Quality Inn and Choice Hotels precisa fazer melhor do que isso.

Wish there was a zero star option! Booked for 2 nights on a cross country trip and needed to switch Quality Inn locations. When I spoke with the property manager he told me I book a no cancellation room. He told me it was ultimately his choice how to handle it and he refused to modify my reservation and hung up on me. I was also told I couldn’t gift the room away. I would have preferred to give the stay to another family verses he book it and be paid twice for my room. I’m may be out of $431 but I canceled all of my remaining quality inn and choice hotel reservations for this trip and booking else where. Needless to say they have permanently lost a long time customer. Quality Inn and Choice Hotels need to do better than this.

First off I do want to say this place seems to be pretty clean ( though there was a massive spider in the hallway when we first arrived about the width of a baseball i kid you not). The front desk staff were pretty nice.The pool seemed pretty well up kept as well, and our girls loved it. Do keep in mind the hot tub was filled in with cement.The hotel itself is a sad affair. Issues everywhere. Our room floor was on a slant and feels very sketch. The ceilings are all janky. The tile floors in the bathroom are not secure in place and I guarantee water is getting underneath them causing more problems. The bed was meh. The images on the tv were blurry and super low quality, like think the 80’s style.The housekeeper that was assigned to our room was quite aggressive with her job. Friday night we arrived late, past 1am and didn’t think to put the Don’t disturb card on the door handle. Just after 8 In the morning the housekeeper is knocking at the door and I said we didn’t need anything. She continues to get after me for not putting the card on the door.. Sunday morning 8am comes around, there she is knocking at the door again, and before I could respond she opens the door! She proceeds to ask if we’re checking out. Uh we will be. Check out is at 11! She then asks my husband shortly after in the hallway when we will be checking out. It blows my mind thinking about it.The stay was definitely not worth $150 a night. Whoever is in charge of this hotel should consider knocking it down, rebuilding it, and retrain housekeeping on etiquette.

A senhora da recepção quando fizemos o check-in foi muito simpática e nos deu uma boa recomendação de jantarChá, café e chocolate quente gratuitos disponíveis na recepção 24 horas por dia, 7 dias por semana, e o café da manhã incluído não era ruim. Seleção decente de produtos, mas a máquina de waffles era um pouco popular demais. Uma segunda máquina de waffles foi acionada na segunda manhã de nossa estadia e isso ajudou muitoO quarto tinha um tamanho decente e tinha todas as comodidades usuais, mas a insonorização era quase inexistenteA certa altura, minha esposa se viu envolvida em uma competição improvisada de peidos com o vizinho na sala ao lado e perdeu por pouco quando ele de repente se soltou com uma progressão 'passando pelas engrenagens' da escala em dó menorExistem algumas rachaduras bastante preocupantes do lado de fora do prédio. Nada parece estar desalinhado por dentro, e eu não sou engenheiro estrutural, mas estou me perguntando quanto tempo levará até que a renderização comece a agir como as rochas nas mesas atrás do hotelLocalizado fora da parte principal da cidade, mas a cidade não é tão grande, então tudo fica a uma curta distância de carro

Just wanted to give you the actual view of the swimming pool and hot tub. I'm not a big fan of faults advertisements in pictures. If you can't tell the hot tub has been filled in with cement.The whole hotel is Shifting and falling on it Foundation.But the staff was nice, the room was nice and clean!

The lady on reception when we checked in was very nice and gave us a good dinner recommendation Free tea, coffee and hot chocolate available in the reception 24/7 and the included breakfast was not bad. Decent selection of products but the waffle maker was a bit too popular. A second waffle maker was brought into play on the second morning of our stay and this helped a lot Room was a decent size and had all the usual amenities but the soundproofing was almost non existent At one point, my wife found herself involved in an impromptu farting competition with the neighbour in the adjoining room and narrowly lost out when he suddenly let rip with a 'going through the gears' progression from the c-minor scale There are some pretty worrying cracks on the outside of the building. Nothing seems to be misaligned inside, and I'm no structural engineer, but I'm wondering how long it will be before the render starts acting like the rocks on the mesas behind the hotel Located out of the main part of town, but the town isn't that big so everything is only a short drive away

they painted a circle on the concrete blue, so it looked like a hot tub in the pictures---straight trickery! multi-level hotel with no elevator. worst coffee I've ever had. clean rooms and a decent breakfast though. I wouldn't stay there again

Nos quedamos allí porque está al lado del centro donde se hace la lotería para entrar a the wave. Pero nos sorprendió la calidad y el precio, y sobre todo la ubicación. Nos quedamos un día extra, el pueblo tiene de todo y muy barato. Y estás a una hora de Bryce o Zion.

Cuando llegamos todo ya estuvo listo. Lo malo fue que la máquina del aire acondicionado hizo mucho ruido durante la noche y me desperté unas veces. Habían muchas opciones para el desayuno.
