Se eu trabalhasse na Quality Inn Franchise Services (Hotéis de Escolha), eu deixaria essa propriedade como uma pedra quente!Sou justo e objetivo quando escrevo um comentário. Nada que eu diga vai mudar o fato de que meu quarto tinha insetos. Eu tinha o spray pessoal, mas os insetos ainda estavam lá. Isso me impediu de dormir.(Você pode perguntar por que fiquei nesta propriedade ou naquele quarto. Se um quarto tem bugs, provavelmente todos têm bugs. Além disso, teria sido um pesadelo tentar obter um reembolso e ir para outro lugar.)Você pode ver pelas fotos que foi necessária alguma manutenção do quarto.A propriedade tem potencial para ser excelente, mas eles têm um longo caminho a percorrer.Quando entrei no estacionamento, o prédio parecia um prédio abandonado no deserto. A maioria das janelas da propriedade estavam imundos. Eles não tinham sido limpos; parecia que eles tinham acabado de ser manchados com um pano sujo.A piscina e jacuzzi eram agradáveis, quentes e limpos. Essa foi a melhor parte.O café da manhã era muito bom. Precisava de frutas, mas eles tinham waffles, iogurte, cereais e leite. Não me lembro de ter visto pães ou muffins. O suco de laranja tinha uma mancha preta flutuando nele.A equipe tentou ser acolhedora, mas não é meu trabalho gerenciar o hotel.

*I wish I had read the reviews first! So, that's on me. If I worked in (Choice Hotels) Quality Inn Franchise Services, I would drop this property like a hot rock! I am fair and objective when I write a review. Nothing that I say is going to change the fact that my room had bugs. I had the staff spray, but the bugs were still there. That kept me from sleeping. (You might ask why I stayed at this property or in that room. If one room has bugs, they probably all have bugs. Also, it would have been a nightmare to try to get a refund and go somewhere else.) You can see from the photos that some room maintenance was needed. The property has the potential to be excellent, but they have a long way to go. When I drove into the parking lot, the building looked like it was an abandoned building in the desert. Most of the property windows were filthy. They had not been cleaned; it looked like they had just been smeared with a dirty rag. The pool and jacuzzi were nice, warm, and clean. That was the best part. The breakfast was pretty good. It needed fruit, but they had waffles, yogurt, cereal and milk. I don't remember seeing any breads or muffins. The orange juice had a black speck floating in it. The staff tried to be accommodating, but it's not my job to manage their hotel.

Realmente muito ruim, como Deus horrível. Dos travesseiros minúsculos, nem mesmo uma criança poderia desfrutar dos pisos pegajosos e da recepção rude, eu gostaria de nunca ter vindo aqui. Havia até uma toalha suja no banheiro. Não vale o dinheiro!!!! Motel 6 é qualidade igual, fique longe! Atualização: Eles apenas me ligaram acusando-me de levar a TV deles, uma que nunca estava lá quando fiz o check-in. aparentemente eles não mantêm o controle de quem entra e sai dos quartos e são suscetíveis a arrombamentos.

Really really bad, like God awful. From the tiny pillows not even a toddler could enjoy to the sticky floors and rude front desk I wish I never came here. There was even a dirty towel in the bathroom. Not worth the money!!!! Motel 6 is equal quality, stay away! Update: They just called me accusing me of taking their TV, one that was never there when i checked in. apparently they don't keep track of who goes in-and-out of rooms and are susceptible to break ins.

Serviço foi par, o gerente parecia contratado. No entanto, os quartos eram atrozes. De buracos nas paredes a percevejos, quartos sujos e desenhos nas portas do banheiro, este lugar precisa de atenção séria da alta administração e dos inspetores de saúde. A área é incompleta e eu não vou ficar aqui nunca. Pelo menos o processo de reembolso foi rápido.

NÃO FIQUE AQUI! Estávamos procurando um lugar em que pudéssemos ficar que servisse café da manhã antes de visitarmos a Lego Land no dia seguinte. Ó meu Deus! Os quartos não eram muito limpos e a área da piscina tinha temporizadores completos sentados ao redor de fumar, embora os sinais sejam postados. A alegação do café da manhã é uma mentira deslavada. Eles tinham cereais, mas não leite. Sem JO. Sem waffles, ovos ou qualquer coisa. Eu sei, você recebe o que você paga.

DO NOT STAY HERE! We were looking for a place we could stay that served breakfast before we visited Lego Land the next day. Oh my goodness! Rooms were not very clean and the pool area had full timers sitting around smoking even though signs are posted. The claim of breakfast is an outright lie. They had cereal-but no milk. No OJ. No waffles, eggs or anything. I know, you get what you pay for.

Service was par, the manager seemed engaged. However, the rooms were atrocious. From holes in the walls to bed bugs to dirty rooms and drawings on the doors to the bathroom, this place needs some serious attention from senior management and health inspectors. The area is sketchy and I will not be staying here ever. At least the refund process was quick.

Qualidade não era como descreveríamos nossa experiência. O primeiro quarto que recebemos era muito nojento. Boogers nas paredes (nós o apelidamos de Booger Motel), poeira, sujeira e cabelo por toda parte. Sem capas de colchão nas camas. A recepcionista foi útil e nos mudou para um quarto mais limpo, mas não estava à altura dos nossos padrões pessoais. Se não fosse tão tarde da noite, teríamos procurado um lugar diferente.

Quality was not how we'd describe our experience. The first room we got was really gross. Boogers on the walls (we nicknamed it the Booger Motel), dust, dirt, and hair everywhere. No mattress covers on the beds. The receptionist was helpful and moved us to a cleaner room, but it just wasn't up to our personal standards. If it hadn't been so late at night we would have looked for a different place.

Primero hubieron problemas con la reservación. Yo reservé 4 recamaras y solo tenían 3 disponible. Además tenían problemas con la tubería. Muchos problemas. Las recamaras en si estuvieron bien ya adentro, si no tuvieran menos estrellas de mi parte.
