“Great location in Downtown Providence - skybridge connection to Providence Mall is also highly convenient. Very friendly staff and easy check-in, check-out process. However, I did not see how this could be a 4-star luxury hotel. Lobby was beautiful. Rooms were clean, not too modern. beds were comfortable, pillows weren't (top floor east tower for reference) but all around definitely not anything special. Would still recommend for location and price purposes.”

The only small concern is how paper thin the walls are. I had the pleasure of listening to my neighbor vomit early one morning.”
