“I recently stayed at the Novotel Resort, Phuket and thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay! Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff who maintained it were beautiful. The food in the breakfast buffet was amazing and it had so much variety. All of the stuff spoke a number of languages which made it easy for everyone to communicate and every staff member went above and beyond for every guest and always had a smile on their faces! Overall, my stay was amazing and I will definitely be returning to The Novotel!”

“The reason we make this review normally we do not review any hotels as the set and issues are with within the hotels are there but on this occasion we had to make this review for alternative guess if they are booking to stay more than more than 12 days we have booked two rooms for two families are family of four and a family of three both the rooms were mixed up none of the rooms that we booked or issued to us on arrival they left us in in another room for two days and then moved one of the families to a different part of the part of the resort means one was in block three and one was in block nine we stayed for a day and then the block the block nine room people were moved next door To block three the manager Sandy was not bothered about About the two rooms been separated and two families been separated on either side of the hotel is a lot it is a large hotel and and both parties were separated. Before we came to the hotel when we booked we sent emails number of times for both of the rooms to be Side-by-side
The hotel is not bothered as long as he’s been paid and the customers can stay in any room
In the morning before we made a complaint to Sandy at 7:30 regarding about the room that the plug is not working she’s had gave us all tend to move again to another room in the morning she confirmed that the food the root of title is fully booked and there is no rooms available so how comes now there is a room available
The customer service of this hotel is very poor especially the management so if you are booking please taken advice and do not book as a family or if you want a bad customer service book this hotel”
