“Decent size room ...... found only 1 staff member Camila helpful(⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ For her) rest was not to the expected standards,, They don’t provide you with water apart from your first day, to add to this room service was non existent we were told to come down to take things. We had to take our luggage ourselves to the room and to the lobby .... They need more vegetarian options for food we don’t eat eggs so only thing we had available was bread and cereal.....Don’t have proper tea (had to buy own tea bags) Rooms were extremely hot as you couldn’t put the AC On. We were told on our first night stay the food room service isn’t available and the restaurant is fully booked. ( We checked in at 7pm with two kids.)for that night at all and they wouldn’t be able to provide any food. We were told to order food from somewhere outside. We managed a booking and had to t go out to eat.
The kids entertainment area is quite decent. (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️).”

“The exterior of the building is very unassuming, but don’t let that fool you. We only stayed here for a couple of nights, but had such a great experience! The hotel is very modern with some very cool touches. From the diner area to the pool, lobby to kids club, the entire place is so laid back and charming. The breakfast bar is self serve, but offers a large variety. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel highly! Thanks to the staff for the attention to details.
Note: If you book your breakfast in advance it’s cheaper than the day of. Kids eat for free.”
