“The reception desk, kindness, and overall feel of the hotel is terrible. I had booked the hotel through booking.com and needed to adjust my booking from 4 nights to 3 nights and from two rooms to one. Booking approved it, when I called your hotel reservation line they said it would be possible; however, I finally got an email saying that the hotel would not approve it. During check-in, there was a nice man with his family, asking for a room over Easter weekend, in the same moment that I am asking to not have one of my rooms right next to him- and the hotel reception would not give one of my rooms to him and he left empty handed, and I paid for an extra room and an extra night for two rooms that I did not need. I will never stay in a NH Hotel again.”
