“Hice la reserva a través de Expedia. Me llegó la confirmación por email de que todo estaba correcto. Al llegar por la noche sobre las 21:00 (muy tarde para Alemania), en recepción me dijeron que ellos no tienen ninguna comunicación online con ese tipo de empresas y que no tenían ninguna habitación disponible. Me dijeron que NO usase las reservas online de otros operadores, que la próxima vez lo hiciese directamente con ellos. Finalmente tuve que dormir en una silla del aeropuerto. Es inaceptable. Siglo 21 y sin comunicación online con portales de reserva. NUNCA más iré a ningún hotel de esta cadena. No quiero más sustos de este estilo. No quiero ni imaginar si hubiese ido con personas mayores o niños. La noche fue horrorosa. Además el trato con el chaval de recepción fue regular. Se limitaba a decir que "no tenemos comunicación online ni con Booking, así que no se te ha reservado habitación. La próxima vez hazlo directamente con la web del hotel". Me dejó desamparado.”
