“Here at present! Absolutely beautiful hotel. Food excellent. Location perfect, everything I could ask for in a 5 star!
Suggestions for improvement: staff are fab except a few on the bar side who tend to be really slow or disappear for ages (pool bar) !! Also the booking
system for the gym !! I don’t always know when I feel like doing a workout?
Otherwise a fab holiday and we’ll definitely return”

“Marketed at 5* but clearly not.
The hotel, rooms and layout are impressive.
Very good gym but half restricted from guests use due to other classes being run.
Very quiet . No kids which is nice if that's what you are looking for.
Food average and becomes very repetitive. I've done other AI at lower ratings who are much better on quality and choice . The chefs don't cook things fresh to order such as omelette for breakfast.
The service by bar staff was generally poor with a few surly staff members . It was table service and often you would get your first drink promptly but then trying to get subsequent service was a nightmare. People were going to bar to try and get served but then sent back to tables to wait....but the service never came.
We had 11 days which was a nice quiet break but we didn't see this a value for money and won't be going back”
