Um lugar incrível, a poucos minutos do aeroporto. Na chegada, a vegetação é diversa e bem cuidada, coqueiros, plantas rasteiras, arbustos e árvores com seus galhos retorcidos. Hospedagem aconchegante, ótimos restaurantes, inclusive o Duke é fantástico, decoração perfeita, menu apetitoso, o melhor mai tai de Lihue. Geralmente um casal se apresenta cantando divinamente, de plano de fundo o mar com o barulho das ondas e um luar que é divino. Recomendo

The Marriott Beach Club in Kauai was an amazing experience. The local staff were all extremely friendly and we enjoyed talking with them. The room was a little bit dated, but the balcony view on the 8th floor facing the ocean was amazing. We spent most of our time at the beach, pool, and nearby shops. There is a very secluded, cozy feeling to the bay and the water was pretty. The landscaping and greenery is very serene, and the pool/bar were great. Super close to the airport which makes transportation a breeze. Would absolutely come back for another stay. Comments about the check-in disparity between Marriott and Royal Sonesta are somewhat true, but we never felt like there was anything missing from our experience.

Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a “Welcome Home” from the hospitality desk, Marriott Kauai luggage tags, and a large box of macadamia chocolates. It only got better from there. We loved every minute of our stay, from the huge pool and five hot tubs, the beautiful view of the gardens and ocean from our Nounou Towers second floor room, our three balconies, and the incredible beach, complete with paddle boards and surf boards for rent next to the Marriott. Portofinos restaurant, above the hotel grounds, overlooking the ocean, is extremely beautiful, and the service and food are amazing. Dukes along the beach is a great spot for casual food, but guests need to reserve early, as reservations fill up quite early, as is the case for almost all restaurants and businesses on the island. Our large two bedroom villa had a microwave and standard size refrigerator, but no stove or oven, so we had breakfast or lunch in our villa and dined out for most of our dinners. The grounds of this hotel are gorgeous, and we felt like royalty throughout our stay. We have been Marriott time share owners for twenty years and have stayed at many Marriott resorts. This gem of a resort is one of our very favorites. We were very sad to leave but highly recommend this Marriott Kauai Beach Club to couples and families alike for its hospitality, luxury, beauty, beach, pool, and proximity to all attractions, north, south, and west.

Foi lindo e todos os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e prestativos. Eu amei os jardins e lagos de carpas, e o pouco de vida selvagem que eu vi. A piscina / banheiras de hidromassagem e a praia estavam todos limpos. Às vezes era difícil encontrar uma cadeira de praia, mas, no geral, não era tão ruim. Eu só gostaria que houvesse mais opções de refeições dentro e perto da propriedade. Foi difícil conseguir reservas para o jantar.

El personal aquí fue increíble. Entramos y tuvimos una situación extraña debido a las restricciones de COVID y no podrían haber sido más generosos y acogedores. Visitamos en abril y tenía una sensación agradable, no demasiado concurrida. Las vistas de la playa desde nuestra habitación eran preciosas. La playa ofrece muchas actividades y el patio también es agradable y relajante. Me encantó la habitación muy moderna y bonita en la que estuvimos. ¡Lo recomiendo encarecidamente!

The staff here was incredible. We got in and had a weird situation due to COVID restrictions and they could not have been more generous and welcoming. We visited in April and it had a nice, not overly-crowded feel. The views of the beach from our room were gorgeous. The beach front offers a lot of activities, and the courtyard is nice and relaxing as well. Loved the very modern and pretty room we were in. Highly recommend!

This place looks really nice the first moment you set eyes on it. The longer you stay the more flaws and lacking amenities you'll see. Food is lacking in the area unless you want to pay a fortune for each meal. The pool is nice but could use some more maintenance and upkeep. Lacking in shops and activities in general besides pool and beach. Beautiful views! Nice stay but I don't picture returning again.

I have been a Lifetime Platinum Elite member with Marriott for over 20 years and was recently upgraded to Lifetime Titanium Elite membership status. I have spent over 3,000 nights at Marriott locations around the world. I’ve never felt unsafe at a Marriott property before, but this experience certainly made me feel that way. Between incompetent staff that have no concept of what customer service means and a manager that finds it appropriate to raise his voice at loyal customers, there are a laundry list of reasons not to stay at this property. First and foremost I had an issue with members of the arrival staff. They made no attempt to help with my bags when I pulled up at all. When I went to enter the lobby the man responsible for my valet ticket shouted at me, full volume to come back and get my ticket while two of my party stood directly in his line of sight. He continued shouting when I asked him to pass it to them. I’ve never had a worse arrival experience at a Marriott property. I attempted to speak with the front desk manager and have it addressed. The manager Paul’s tone and aggression was enough to make me feel unsafe staying another night. He blamed everyone for the problem I experienced: the hotel next door, their staff and ultimately me. He said that this bellhop didn’t even work for Marriott which has proven to be untrue. He even went so far as to shout at me on the phone when he realized I wasn’t going to accept the same excuses as other guests. I departed immediately and will not be returning. Frankly, I’m disgusted by the behavior of the staff on site. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a decent stay on the island and will be taking this to corporate since I have yet to receive any response from the GM Sheri. To me this is an urgent matter, and I’m not going to wait for weeks for a response from upper management. All of their negative reviews echo my sentiment: if you encounter any problems at this hotel, you’re likely not going to get any resolution from the staff here at all. Only giving one star because zero isn’t an option.

It was beautiful and all of the staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved the gardens and Koi ponds, and the little bit of wild life that I saw. The pool/hot tubs and beach were all clean. Sometimes it was hard to find a beach chair but overall, not too bad. I just wish there were more dining options both on and near the property. It was tough getting dinner reservations.

Divina toda la parte de piscinas, muchas opciones para elegir. Muy lindas habitaciones, muy bien equipadas.

Es un hotel que está muy bien pero es extremadamente caro para lo que es. Tened en cuenta que su publico es, en mayor medida, gente mayor así que si buscáis ambiente joven, no es el lugar más adecuado. En cuanto a instalaciones y servicio, perfecto. Ideal para unos días de relax si el dinero no es tu problema. Tienen barbacoa a disposición de los huéspedes y eso está muy bien.

Clásico hotel de Hawaii. Grande. Mas de 30 años construido por etapas. Amplios jardines y pasillos. El Fitness Center deberían de de incorporarle mas maquinas. Renovarlo. Tiene restaurantes, una galería de arte y una gran piscina

Me divertí mucho durante mi hospedaje aquí. El restaurante tenía un bufet muy delicioso, y el luau del Lunes era excepcional. Visitaría el marriot otra vez.
