O quarto era muito agradável e a vista era fantástica. Não há queixas sobre isso, nunca. No entanto, fiquei desapontado com o serviço. Eu reservei isto para minha noite de noivado e recebi o pacote de celebração. Liguei para o agente de atendimento ao cliente para ver o que o pacote de celebração envolvia. Liguei duas vezes diferentes e ninguém atendeu. Na segunda vez, deixei uma mensagem de voz pedindo que retornassem minha ligação. 3 dias se passaram e eu não recebi nenhuma ligação. Finalmente liguei para a linha direta de reservas, onde falei com uma jovem muito simpática. Ela me informou que compraríamos champanhe, bolo e que o café da manhã seria na cama pela manhã. Fiquei muito feliz com isso.Após a nossa chegada ao hotel, fui informado que não havia café da manhã na cama e que o restaurante estava fechado. Isso foi perturbador, mas erros acontecem. Cheguei então ao quarto e não havia champanhe nem bolo. Eu desci e eles mandaram esses itens, e me disseram que o bolo era para compensar por não ter o café da manhã entregue no quarto. O bolo já deveria fazer parte disso. A falta de comunicação por parte do agente de atendimento ao cliente e a falta de informação sobre o que poderíamos esperar deste pacote tornou a noite de noivado um pouco frustrante.No geral, eles tentaram consertar e estou grato por sua tentativa, mas por US $ 500 você pensaria que o serviço seria de primeira qualidade. Não era. Por esse motivo, o hotel estava "Ok".

The room was very nice and view was fantastic. No complaints about that what so ever. I was however, disappointed in the service. I booked this for my engagement night and got the celebration package. I called their Guest service agent to see what the celebration package entailed. I called two separate times, and no one picked up. The second time I left a voicemail asking them to return my call. 3 days went by and I received no call. I finally called the reservation hotline where I spoke with a young woman who was very nice. She informed me we would get champagne, cake, and that their would be breakfast in bed in the morning. I was very happy with this. Upon our arrival at the hotel, I was informed there was no breakfast in bed and that the restaurant was closed. This was upsetting but mistakes happen. I then got to the room and there was no champagne and no cake. I went back down and they did send up those items, and told me the cake was to make up for not having the breakfast delivered to the room. The cake was supposed to already be a part of it. The lack of communication by the by the guest service agent and being misinformed about what we could expect for this package made the engagement night a little frustrating. Overall they did try to fix it and I'm thankful for their attempt, but for $500 you'd think service would be top notch. It was not. For that reason the hotel was "Ok."

Paradise Staycation !! Eles tomaram todas as precauções para a Covid19. Ter uma varanda com vista para as águas calmas era tudo que eu não sabia que precisava! Todo mundo foi gentil e acolhedor. Valeu a pena cada $$$$ após os últimos 5 meses vivendo e trabalhando nesta pandemia.

Paradise Staycation!! They took all precautions for Covid19. Having a balcony that looked out to the peaceful waters was everything I didn't know I needed! Everyone was kind and welcoming. It was worth every $$$$ after the last 5 months living and working through this pandemic.

This was a great place to kick off the 1st phase of "Covid Be Gone" We made reservations for the patio on a Sunday. It was a perfect day. Nice view. The service was great. We got the Swordfish sandwich which was delicious! And the half chicken with grill asparagus and fingerling potatoes. The lavender pomegranate sangria was refreshing and the key lime pie, a perfect way to end a perfect day and a great 1st date ❤
