Staff here were amazing!! Martel the piano player was amazing!! Very polite and friendly. Always willing to help out with any concerns or questions. Leroy at the buffet restaurant was a great waiter and always helped us when we needed anything. Owen the lifeguard was very friendly and amazing. These people are what make us come back to Jamaica, couldn’t ask for a better group!! Thank you Bahia, Leroy, Martel and Owen!! 🥰

I recently stayed here & this place has the best staff you could ever imagined. Daveen, the young lady who checked us in, also checked us out. She was so courteous & pleasant, it was nice being around such wonderful people. We enjoyed ourselves & will definitely tell family & friends about this place. Keep hiring wonderful people as these. Your staff is AMAZING!!!

It was a very relaxing atmosphere fun for all. No KIDS….NO PROBLEM. NO Family or Friends….NO PROBLEM. The beach is beautiful and quiet; then the POOLS are relaxing at moments and fun if you would like. Sip on your RUM PUNCH and enjoy your time. We went out on an excursion with that consisted of the diving into the blue water hole; water rafting; zip lining and ATV riding. It was well worth everything.

Our experience was rocky at first with check in and dinner reservations not being available but the friendly yet new staff treated us well even though we are Jamaicans, Our butler Reynaldo top it all off though…. He was absolutely wonderful, he ensure we got into restaurants and he made sure we were on time. He went above and beyond with ensuring everything was right for us, we shall be returning to this beautiful resort.

I started with a 5-star review, but I now have to change it because I experienced some bad things towards the end of the trip. Our room service took over 2 hours, we only had my room cleaned once our entire stay because housekeeping kept skipping our room and ran out of towels before they got to us. I had to keep calling downstairs for more towels, it was very inconvenient. I also ordered and paid an additional fee for my room to be setup with a romantic bath for me and my husband as a surprise and they didn't even have it ready when I went to the room. Ruined everything. And they claim all of the non motorized sports are free, but they make you pay deposits in cash and you must have prior experience before using some of the equipment. It's very misleading and should state all of that on the website. Overall we had a good time, but they need to stop offering so many services if they won't be able to fulfill them all. Also, a lot of the 5-star reviews you see are "paid for". They were having a "share your happiness" day at the resort. You're basically forced to give a 5-star google review, then you take a picture and get a free souvenir. It's all misleading, because people just want the free stuff, but might not feel that way. That's why I am changing mine now to share the truth.

Not a 5 star resort. 3 at best. Food will make you sick and keep you on the toilet after the first couple of days. Staff was tolerable at most places....a few were very nice and went above and beyond....but only a few. Rooms are extremely noisy, be prepared to be kept up all night. Can't make reservations at any of the restaurants, so keep that in mind. Pool bar will run out of ice, restaurants will run out of drinks. YOU WILL BE COERCED INTO A TIME-SHARE PRESENTATION. They do give 70$ resort credit for going though... Beautiful beaches and pools were the only highlight.

My girlfriend and I went there for my birthday. Stayed about 9days, best vacation we ever had. This place is wonderful. The workers are great and the food is amazing. The resort is huge but you can always go around using the gift cart. You will not regret of coming here because nothing but paradise. They have multiple pools which is pretty huge. We have a lot of amazing photos and videos we took from the resort. Every time they have so much entertainment and music. Drinks are great bartenders are friendly. They are safe because security are everywhere. Mostly definitely recommends to friends and family. We will go back again with the family. The resort is shared with kids but there on the other side which they cannot come during at night. Which is my favorite because is should be adult only.

Abbiola, the hostess at the Jazmin buffet restaurant, was sweet. The buffet is fantastic especially for breakfast. Tried three other restaurants and the food was delicious. Drinks were always flowing. Everyone is sweet and inviting. Very warm. Our butler, Brian, was thee BEST. He made my birthday vacation absolutely special. The private beach was clean and beautiful and the pools were fun. Honestly can’t complain. Hope to be back again soon.

Staff went above and beyond to provide the best for our stay! They are working 24-7 to provide the best service and entertainment. Entertainment great and they knock themselves out every performance. Room and property great as well. Definitely a great trip! #respect

An absolutely fantastic stay at this resort. From the front desk staff,public relations,room service, but especially the restaurants and bar service people. All people you engage with are top notch and will do anything to please you. Rooms are spectacular, Food abundant and delicious everywhere. We loved our stay and will be back. Recommend to all
