“Had some points that needed using before the end of 2022 so stayed at this hotel for a night. At checkin the staff said that breakfast was not included but on seeing my confirmation email, he said it was included. The room was a decent size, fairly clean with a comfortable bed. Bathroom had a tub rather than a standalone shower. The Executive/Club Lounge was a little small and only served breakfast (didn't try this as we had breakfast at the restaurant) and dinner. There is no service during lunch time! As for the happy hour from 6pm to 8pm, don't bother as they service cheap alcohol and don't have many choices. Another odd thing was guests were filling up takeaway containers with the leftover food (which I was later informed, is a remnant of Covid times that the hotel is trying to stop). The breakfast at the restaurant is a good spread. Had called Guest Services for an item and no one showed up so went into the hallway and asked the Housekeeping staff to get it. The hotel being connected to the City Centre mall makes it easy for guests to wander around and shop.”

“Le Meridien is our go-to when we're in Bahrain, but unfortunately, this time, they didn't live up to their standard. Service was slow, we were served raw fried fish during the seafood night, (even though the restaurant had only 3 tables to serve), calling the spa to book an appointment was an endeavor, and the rooms were not cleaned properly on daily basis. That said, their breakfast, as usual, was diverse and good. Staff were polite and very friendly. Massage therapists were professional, and the spa rooms were comfortable.”
