Depois, há Ajay servindo com um sorriso caloroso e perguntando constantemente. This place is fantastic! The rooms are beautiful and extremely comfortable. The entire property is well kept and makes for an outstanding holiday. Their on-site Rajasthani restaurant is a hidden gem and a must try. This is not only one of the best places I’ve stayed in India but in the world. Top all the way!

Não se espera este tipo de hospitalidade de tal tipo de propriedade para a qual os clientes são o ativo mais importante. Eles realmente precisam trabalhar nas políticas de satisfação do cliente e também devem contratar funcionários treinados e qualificados ou, pelo menos, dar-lhes o treinamento adequado antes de contratar.

Estive nesta propriedade nos dias 21 e 22 de dezembro, tinha pré-reservado meu quarto dias antes da chegada e foi uma reserva de grupo de mais de 30 quartos. Para começar, os quartos não foram atribuídos até 5 horas a partir da hora do check in. A hospitalidade foi patética, a gestão não foi responsiva. Os quartos designados não foram limpos adequadamente, os produtos de higiene pessoal estavam faltando, eu tive que pedir coisas como toalha limpa por meio de chamadas repetidas. a razão pela qual fiz uma reclamação. senti-me vitimado pelo pessoal. A porta estava vazando de um líquido preto que a equipe de limpeza não se preocupou em limpar por conta própria. A comida no hi-tea estava rançosa e sem gosto. O desjejum da manhã havia sobrado comida da noite anterior. Senti que estava em um alojamento barato. Este lugar não merece ser chamado de 5 estrelas.

Not expected this kind of hospitality from such kind of property for whom customers are the most important asset. They really need to work on customer satisfaction policies and should also hire trained and educated staff or else at least give them proper training before hiring.

I was at this property for 21st and 22nd December, I had pre booked my room days before arrival and It was a group booking of over 30 rooms. To begin with , Rooms were not given till 5 hours from the check in time. The hospitality was pathetic, the management was not responsive. The rooms allotted were not cleaned properly, the toiletries were missing , I had to ask for things like fresh towel through repeated calls.to my surprise,there was no sanitizer or cleanliness as mandated by the government the house keeping turned up at my room asking me the reason why I had made a complain. i felt victimized by the staff. The door was leaking of some black liquid which the housekeeping staff did not bother to clean on their own. The food at the hi-tea was stale and tasteless. The morning breakfast had left over food from the last evening. I felt I was in a cheap lodge . This place doesn't deserve to be called a 5 star property.

Está localizado nos arredores e longe de tudo para ver, comer e comprar. Para começar, reservamos uma villa com piscina privativa. Eu senti que o quarto poderia ter sido um pouco espaçoso. A propagação do café da manhã era enorme e a comida estava fora deste mundo. Eu tenho que mencionar o Sr. Hemanth Sharma, que toca flauta de manhã, é extremamente talentoso. Eles tiveram aulas de ginástica no local. Eu tentei yoga com Pancham, ele tem uma ótima vibração. A piscina é grande e muito limpa. Visitei o Spa e Yangam é um especialista, uma das melhores massagens que tive em um período muito longo. Também uma menção especial aos outros funcionários que conhecemos Umesh, Rajkumar, Himanshu e Rishab. Esta propriedade exala luxo !!!

No está a la altura de lo que se espera de un hotel de esta categoría y precio. Ruidoso y sucio. Personal amable pero mal organizado. Esta mañana nos han timbrado en la habitación 3 veces, una de ellas a las 7 am.

This property can pass off as a palace. It is beautiful and you will be treated like royalty. We visited this resort after staying for 3 days in the city to finish sightseeing. This is located in the outskirts and far away from everything to see ,eat and buy. To start we booked a villa with a private pool. I did feel the room could have been slightly spacious. The breakfast spread was huge and the food was out of this world. I have to metion Mr.Hemanth Sharma who plays the flute in the morning is extremely talented.They had fitness classes on site. I tried yoga with Pancham he has a great vibe. The pool is big and very clean. Visited the Spa and Yangam is an expert ,one of the best massages I had in a loooong time. Also a speacial mention to the other staff we met Umesh, Rajkumar, Himanshu and Rishab. This property overall exudes luxury !!!

Good property I have been told now changed to Leela Hotels. The house keeping was really nice they did some decor with towels and the staff treats you very well they are courteous and take of you. A good place to spend a weekend.Akash Singh and House keeping team was amazing

My husband is a lifetime Platinum member and we've been a lot of Marriott hotels all over the world, but I can say that this one is the best one we've been to. The whole property is beautiful, grand, artistic, calm and serene. The food in the breakfast buffet is awesome, some of items are out of the world. You get pampered rotten. You keep getting asked what you want and prodded to taste their specialty items. Special mention about Umesh, the chef. He loves feeding people. Then there's Ajay serving with a warm smile and enquiring constantly. Rajendra, Gajendra and a whole lot of others too.A special thank you to the housekeeping crew, Sabiya and her team.Beautiful hospitality at the Lounge too. Rakuna with the sweet smile, Deepak with the warm hospitality and then Shavik. Thanks guys!!We got to taste the best tea at high tea. Can't compliment enough the one who makes the tea.The suite was beautiful with a private pool. Made the best us of it! We stayed there for five nights. Overall, it was the best vacation I had.I can't thank everyone there enough for the warmth, hospitality and professionalism you all showed. Thanks for the beautiful experience I had!

Si quieres estar tranquilo en una ciudad tan caótica como Jaipur, este es el mejor hotel. Ubicado cerca del aeropuerto y sólo a unos minutos en tuk tuk de la Old City. Desayuno y cena excelentes, de lo mejor de Jaipur. Muy buena atención por parte del personal y las habitaciones son muy agradables, limpias y cuidadas al detalle. A destacar la atención de Hannuman, el chef, y de Krisna. Nosotros teníamos que volar a las 4 de la mañana y nos dejaron preparado un pack desayuno para ese día para que no nos fuéramos sin desayunar. Pequeños detalles que hacen la diferencia...
